Power Negation: Uranium (Major) - In his previous life, his psychic powers came from exposure to uranium radiation. If brought into close contact with it now, his powers dissipate.
Delusional - paranoid feeling that ghosts or invisible assailants are right behind him, (minor) - For reasons he can’t really explain, he constantly feels like there are unseen malevolent forces around him, waiting to strike. He sometimes lashes out, verbally and psychically, at these boogeymen.

It wasn’t quite like sleep; perhaps it was like being born. Before the looter, he remembered nothing. But his psychic fingers got inside the mind of some stooge who was picking through the wreckage of the laboratory. Controlling his simple mind was easy. Finding himself in his current state was more traumatizing. A brain in a jar. his former body destroyed. Once he must have been a whole man; now he was laid so low. But this would not be his end. His goon found the robot power armor in another part of the lab and with some complex rewiring, he had a new body. A better body. Over-Mind’s body.
