About Ospero Pherazi
Ospero's parents were Taldan merchants of minor wealth, living in the Katapeshi port of Okeno on Stonespine Island. Sadly, they died when he was 12 in a terrible plague sweeping the city, apparently of magical origin, which, before it ran its course, left only Ospero and the local priest of Pharasma alive in the neighbourhood.
Ospero divides his time between the Society's Farseer Tower in Katapesh and work on a reform commission at the Acadamae of Korvosa. Occasionally he visits the records of Skyreach and the city of Arl upon Akiton.
