----------------------- Description -----------------------
Appearance

Olso is a dark turquoise colored amorphous being averaging about four feet in diameter. Being amorphous he is able to adjust his shape at will by extending tentacle-like pseudopods to act as arms and legs. In any shape he is partially translucent filled with a pale blue liquid and numerous dark colored spheres.

Oslo normally has two large roundish and squat pseudopods he uses for legs and is quite adept at forming up to four pseudo-like arms. He has two small eye stalks that can poke up from his form that can look about independently of each other. Which, can be quite disturbing to some people.

Prior to being captured he had a special harness that fit around his from that he could attach items and equipment to for easy carrying. Olso, does not normally wear clothing of any sort.

----------------------- Background -----------------------

Answers to the Questions:

What is your home like?
Home was a technologically advanced civilization, the Dragon Empire, where all races were able to interact. While ones needs could be meet on a single world, traveling the stars and open space was quite common.

The world and city that Oslo grew up in, Teristyl, was quite advanced with devices, technology, and magic that could see to anyone’s needs.

How did you grow up?
The young Ulbnor grew up attending a private school learning all the basics in language studies, science, and math. Prior to any university tragedy struck and Olso’s parent died in a political bombing of the Biological Facility he worked. To make sense of violence and death he attended the church of the Father. There the youth found himself and a calling. After years of study and prayer he formally became a cleric of the Father devoting himself to healing others.

Once he became a cleric he needed to see and experience more. The young Ulbnor found the Imperial Legions where he became a combat medic. He signed on so that he could help those in that fought for the Dragon Empire. The choice of course showed Olso the horrors of war and how it broke good people.

Olso was able to perform his duties admirably and was promoted to Corporeal, and given a position aboard a starship.

What did you do there?
Oslo is a cleric to the Father and trained as a doctor.

Did you have any family?
Oslo had a parent, Kouslyss who was a Biological Engineer who died in explosion at his workplace. The young Ulbnor found comfort with a motherly dwarven cleric, Aurora Hammerstar.

The only other individual that Olso might consider family would be a fellow Ulbnor, Minwestryl who was serving on the same starship as a combat pilot. They two have been close for a little more than a year.

Explain how you were trained?
Olso received his clerical training from the temple of the Father on Teristyl. He received later combat and medical training in his service of the Imperial Legions.

What were you doing when you were kidnapped? How did it happen?
Oslo was responding the call to battle stations as the starship he was on was attacked. Entering the infirmary the power suddenly went out and a magical portal was opened. Five hooded individuals attacked and subdued Olso, returning through the portal before any rescue could be made.

What is your weakness or weaknesses?
Oslo is rather slow compared to most races of the similar size. Another flaw that has been pointed out to the Ulbnor is that he seemed to have a compulsion that he can help everyone and takes it badly when such endeavors do not turn out well.

What deity or deities do you follow? (You’ll have to make these up and compare them to Golarian deities).
Olso is a cleric of the Father. Religion in the Dragon Empire has stripped away the many deities and their names. They have been broken then down into 12 basic concepts that can vary widly depending on the beliefs. The Father in particular is looked upon as a patronly god, who has helped foster the races into the stars yet will fight to protect others’ right to exist.

Olso has chosen the aspect of a healer who actively goes forth to aid those in need.

(The most similar god on Golarion would be Sarenrae)

(Favored weapon of the Father is either a Mace)

What can you craft?
Scrolls and other basic medical needs (poultices, bandages, etc)

What was your profession if any?
Olso is a Combat Medical Technician, aka a Doctor

What do you miss about home?
Olso misses the one he has since come to realizes that he loved, Minwestryl. He also misses the camaraderie of his fellow soldiers.

Please explain your character’s disposition and account for their attribute scores.
Olso is a caring soul. He tries to help others where and when he can. He is rather easy going and once gained a true friend, fiercely loyal.

Since his capture he has been rather depressed as anyone one would be but has managed to keep some spark of hope alive through prayer.

Olso is a wise and charismatic being with a hardy constitution. He is otherwise average in most other areas of intelligence, dexterity, and strength. His main attributes have allowed him to endure even when they try to break him physical and mentally.

Oslosuenus, or Oslo or Dr. Oz as he is often called, is a Combat Medical Technician. He was a Corporal serving in the Imperial Legions of the Dragon Empire, aboard the Imperial Starship Loryen, a light combat carrier.

Oslo’s abduction came during a surprise attack on the ISS Loryen. The Doctor had entered the infirmary when the power of the section suddenly went out. Oslo was trying to communicate with the bridge when a gleaming portal appeared. Five dark hooded figures rushed through and came at the Ulbnor. Olso was able to draw his sidearm and was able to injure one of his attackers before the others were able to pin him to the ground, which was no easy task considering Olso had four arms which to wield against his attackers.

Looking up from the cold sterile deck he could hear the hooded figures speak in a deep husky language he did not know. One of them nodded though and pointed back to the portal, still shimmery at the other side of the room. With little time and a pounding at the infirmary’s doors one of the figures drew forth a black rod and hit the Ulbnor several times before he lost consciousness.

Olso regained his consciousness finding himself strapped atop a large metal table with a bright light shining down upon him. Looking to one side and then the other he could see that he was not alone. As he began to struggle a hooded figure approached and muttered what had to be words of magic as he soon drifted off to sleep.

The next time he awoke he was in a small room, barely clothed and all of his medical equipment, light armor, and weapons were gone. Oslo also noted that he was bandaged in several place and could feel only slight pain. He could only guess what they might have done with him. The Ulbnor could only look out of the tiny window of his cell to the hallway beyond. A cloaked being would pass time to time, but paid him no attention. Olso resigned himself to his and reflected back upon his life.

Olso grew up with his progenitor in the bustling and technologically advanced world in the Dragon Empire. Ulbnor were really neither male nor female, and reproduce by budding. After several months a small piece, less than a foot in diameter, separates from the parent and a small Ulbnor is born. Olso’s parent, Kuoslyss, was a biological engineer in a facility run by the Silver Dragons. This piqued Olso’s interest into biology. Kouslyss died when the facility she was in was attacked by racial elements protesting cruelty to sentient creatures.

The loss was a blow to Olso and he was only able to find solace in temple to the Father where the good priests were able to help the Ulbnor work through his loss. One priest Aurora Hammerstar, saw some potential in Olso and took the young being on as an acolyte. Olso progressed well and was soon joined the ranks of a cleric.

Needing to serve, Olso joined the Legions’ medical core. He expanded his knowledge as a medical practitioner. Olso has been on the front lines of several conflicts across many planets, serving in aid stations, stabilizing the wounded for transport.

Olso’s big chance came when he was asked to serve aboard the ISS Loryen as a combat medical technician. The postion came with the promotion to Corporeal. Aboard the ship, Olso actually came across another Ulbnor, Minwestryl, or Min, who served as a pilot. The two immediately took to one another and were often found in each other’s company in their free time.

It was near a year aboard the Loryen, when the ship was attacked…

Olso awakened in his cell… a tear ran down his small eye stock. He wanted it all back. His job, his ship, his love! He had to escape.
