Old Mister Bones's page

Being a carto-philiac, I am wondering if anyone has recorded mileage between cities/towns/sites of interest in the APs/modules. Every time I measure, I get a wildly different number. Maybe, if anyone was so inclined (powers that be), an official listing, with "as the crow would fly" and "by commonly traveled route", maybe even a "by water" if applicable.

All 3 of subscriptions are shown as "waiting to be shipped", I was just wondering when they might. They've been waiting for a couple weeks. I just picked up the subscriptions, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
