Special Abilities:

Backstory:

NOTE – Noro’s complete backstory can be rather lengthy so here is a basic rundown of her life to this point:

She was born in Sandpoint to a Tien Father and Varisian mother. Her father was very traditional and strict, He favored her younger brother (Lou Kasuri) as he was more disciplined than Noro was.

As a young teen she was attacked and sexually assaulted by Tsuto Kaijitsu but was rescued by her brother Lang. lang beat up Tsuto but Because of her low status in her own family, her father blamed her for the assault and paid restitution to the kaijitsu family.

Noro started working on the docks and got into lots of fights with others due to her short fuse. She was recruited by Jubrayl of the Sczarni.
Soon she was fighting for money. Without realizing it she was working for the Sczarni. Noro found herself, on more than one occasion, in the local garrison jail. She turned to drink and drugs looking for meaning to her life. She finally hit rock bottom when she killed a thug on the docks when he tried to bully her.

Noro escaped jail with the help of the Sczarni but she wanted out, she wanted to turn her life around. Noro needed a way out; A Chance to reclaim her life and restore her family name. Until that day she will never call herself a Kasuri.

She stowed away on a merchant ship that stopped by Sandpoint for some supplies canned the Jenivere. She was discovered and was put ashore in Port Peril.

It did not take long there to start getting into fights and her favorite hangout was the Formidably Maid. She was Shanghaied onto the Wormwood (insert the first three book of Skull and Shackles AP here)

She ended up the captain of her own Pirate Ship (Malevolent Grace). As well as a few other vessels under her flag

She still needed to redeem herself to her family and eventually she heard tales of the Ruby Pheonix tournament in the cosmopolitan city of Goka.

Finally, a chance to prove herself, or so she thought. So, she left Her first Mate in command of the Fleet and took a small crew and the malevolent Grace, and sailed toward Goka.

She had no Sponsor but she would figure that out along the way. Maybe her Kasuri name may have some weight? Who knows.

Some other notes for the GM -
1.Kasuri is not her true family name – it used to be Tohsaka – they used to
be a samurai family loyal to the Amatatsu family. Flowing lore here the
Amatatsu family fled Tian-Min long ago and settled in Sandpoint where they
changed their name to Kaijitsu and the Tohsaka changed their name to Kasuri

2. In the Jade Regent AP her brother Lou would go and become a samurai and again become the loyal defender for Amieko.
