I find that people in general are doing their best with real life and with games too and sometimes folks forget to update or do things. The rules are guidelines and not meant to reduce your players fun time nor use as tools to remove them from that time. This understanding between GMs and players is important and the balance between rules and fun is important, but not to the amount that is happening here in this game.

I have the highest respect for Monkey and for other players here. If you are asking him to go and he does go, then I go with him.

I wont stand by while I myself am frustrated and watch another player reduced by careless rule mongering. Anyone can look at a spoiler. They do nothing. You want something private message it to a player. Get over yourself and remember why you and all of us are really here. To have fun.

Niversal frowns at what happened and says seems everything I do or get around this place is cursed. I can't seem to have any luck but bad. I have been walking for days and can be rid of this loadstone. Everytime I try to use my rifle it seems to drain me if I can't resist it, and now damn bandolier is shooting me. Nothing works the way it should. If I was to be honest it's quite frustrating and seems as if I was being punished for something. I am tired of it. Any ideas of how to fix all this?

sense motive: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18

perhaps taking a friend from the unicorn might be a problem on two fronts. First we are getting into danger a lot with our quests as chosen. Second the unicorn could use such a friend more then we can. Niversal says as he looks at the menagerie of chosen standing around to make his point.

Niversal will walk out with the group getting out of the construct and walking at half speed all the way out to continue to work off steps until they arrive at the unicorn. Niversal will look at what the quest reward was for completing this quest and if the device knows how much further to go in steps to remove the curse of the loadstone he got as he wants to be done with that too.

Niversal says finally after the music Very well played. I am not here to have these logistical problems with leadership and group cohesion. Either we have group consensus and we honor the group decisions or we as a group elect a leader and honor their decisions. We simply will soon come to a scenario where being separated will get someone dead or worse on a mission. I don't do well with watching people who are supposed to be on my six and me on theirs walk off. It's dangerous at best and I am done with it.

Niversal stands up and heads out to sleep in the barn again and says I need to buy a tent and a cot and a tarp along with a pot to boil and a pan and some cooking utensils for firetop cooking tomorrow.

So Niversal will cash in 40 gp worth in cartridges and put those in the bandolier.

Niversal will go pick up cartridges from the weapon store worth a total of sixty gold pieces for the last three tasks worth of weapons and the whet stone and use it to sharpen the great axe that he grabbed earlier.

Niversal says quests that are near the unicorn quest within two days travel and will help with items that will assist against the banshee

hey Zaidel, bards get some sort of ability to counter target sonic attacks? When do you get that? Can we find an item that augments bardic ability to help you do that now?

look, I am not listing what we have to do or what the barriers are. Since we don't have a command structure I am attempting to put some ideas or choices out to the group. Right now we have two quests. I am seeing if there are more near by so we can do a few and see if it's enough to get us to the chance to do that ceremony prior to facing this banshee because the majority of the group wants to wait rather then charge a supernatural creature with our soft and squibblies hanging out. That's all my man. Pick an objective, regroup, adapt and overcome. After the action review. Lead by example.

perhaps we can take a few other quests on the way and see if we can gain a bit more ability to handle the creature who killed the unicorn on the way. We can circle around the area and see what turns up?

Walking on foot the entire way to work off the loadstone curse during tracking Niversal says Nothing that is on foot. I followed the tracks in every direction and this is where the trail ends. That cloak is all we have. We could take the cloak to town and have a spell cast on it to find it's owner.

Start to circle away from the area clockwise in small circles take 20 for 35 trying to pick up the trail again as I circle.

It's like some books one might read we as readers can skip the scene or not read if we find it not agreeable. My two cents are that if Zeidel goes for it and gets lucky then we might fade to black at that point with a monty python "and then there was much rejoicing."

I personally won't be engaging in such behavior as an action in thought is an action in deed and I have made a vow with my wife. A vow is your word with another and Yahweh, so that's it. What ever any other does is their choice.
