At the mention of Golarian, Nandipha's eyes widen. "Me too. Were you trapped on Akiton, as I was? One minute, I be walking through the Maze of the Open Road, and the next I be here! Well, Akiton. I be an Mbe'ke from the Terwa Uplands."
After Nandipha translated for Valodet, she asks Grognard, "You from the north of where? Which planet?"
Nandipha translates Valodet's words, and then listens to Grognard, baffled. "I'm not sure I be understanding you myself, and I can hear. Where you be from, man?" Nandipha's own lilting accent is a bit strange. It surely doesn't sound like anything from the Pact Worlds. Her tail curls around her feet.
We all learn as we go. It's a pretty common mistake, actually.
Announcement? No, no. Nandipha signs glibly, feathered tail curling around her feet. I just be staring at a bug on the wall. No, don't look. It be gone now.
No, Nandipha signs back, and then her long feathered reptile tail twitches with anxiety. Must you? You keep leaving marks on the walls, we both be getting into trouble.
So... Who is Raunee the bard? Is she one of your characters, Doug?
My engagement wasn't flagging as much as work and multiple gigs are suddenly interfering with my post rate... Hmm
Nandipha nods. "Mwibah be one scary jackal. It be a tough fight but a fair one." She does not otherwise comment on Dethor's embellishments here. "We brought back the remains from some murdered sarenrites, who had done no wrong to no one, and took them home to their temple, where they could be cherished and put to rest. If that not be heroic, I know not what is." Than Nandipha's eyes light up. "And we rescued a boar, too!"
I am willing to wrap this one up, though I have had a ton of fun with this group!
"Poor souls." Nandipha shakes her head sadly, and it is uncertain whether she is referring to the Sarenrites, the boar, or the misguided troll. "Let us take them home."
Not wanting to leave Biltri alone with a troll, Nandipha double-moves to be by his side! "Carrots, keep attacking!"
"Look, we be attacking Mwibah because he be bad news. So far as I can tell, your main fault be loyalty to the wrong person. Sure you don't wish to reconsider?" To Biltri in Dwarven she asks, "If the others can get the jackal down, shall we let the big guy into the room? Boxed in like this, only two of us can fight."
Nandipha casts a spell at the Jackal, and then looks to see if she can identify what is coming into the room and where.
I realize that I never replaced Nandipha's spells from last level, most of which are useless now (like those Magic Fangs.) Can I replace them?
Nandipha, seeing Lucius in flank, moves up to distract the creatures and attacks the ogre!
"Carrots, atttack!"
Nandipha runs towards the ogre. "Carrots, attack! And watch out for that Jackal. It be not natural!
Nandipha hoots and growls, and then says, "Owlbears, be calm now. We be friends! May we check your wounds?"
Yeah, this has been a non-stop week!
Nandipha thrashes her tail at the kobold on its way out, saying, "Don't come back! If you cannot be peaceable, best be elsewhere!"

Nandipha points and gives a thumbs up, indicating her readiness to go with the team.
I'll be at work, but yeah, I can probably squeeze in a post or two!
"This be not natural. Perhaps we can remind this land what it should be?" Nandipha tries to figure out how to disable this twisted landscape:
"Then let's try it," Nandipha says. She takes a bit of red clay, and puts a red eye shaped dot on her forehead to see if it makes any difference.
Nandipha steps forward. "If you don't mind hard work, we could even employ you for some of it. There always be a need for good workers, and this town does not mind those who look a bit strange." She wags her tail and then points to Lucius. "Even if they have a tail, or be a scary elf."
"We may not always be righteous, but we be stubborn." Nandipha crosses her arms. "We'll take your job!"
Nandipha opens the door in her kitchen, and then hears that annoying squeak again. Her tail twitches with annoyance. "Beard obsessed dwarf, never where he supposed to be..."
I think Nandipha be updated!
Get the striking rune, and you have 2 actions back every fight to do more damage or more spells. It will free you up a bit for other things. You not getting the striking rune because you can cast magic weapon would be like me not getting the striking rune because I can cast magic fang. I wanted to be able to play with other spells! Hmm
So is there a special protocol for this? And it is selling everything with 10% sell back, correct?
Any chance that Nandipha can get a striking rune on her tail? I have no idea if I have the funds for it.
Nandipha raises an eyebrow at the thought of Dethor getting up the gumption to fix anything. "Really? Before you be fixing up this Keep, why don't you fix that squeaky kitchen door I asked you about last week?" Then she shrugs. "Though... I suppose that this could be a nice place once you get Baux to exorcise the evil spirits out of it. This could be an extension of your own haunted castle business, and you can charge people for tours!" Then she looks to the others. "Lucius, did you use our ghost's grandmother's sword in battle? If not, we better find some trouble to fix with it before going home. I want to tell that boy that his sword went adventuring, or we gonna be hearing ghostly wailing all night long."
"A brother, you say? Be he in charge of the Lardbutt Boys? Perhaps he be your twin? Though... I cannot say which of you be the EVIL twin, then!" Gandipha smashes her tail into the mage.
"Be it you, killing people to turn into your minions?"
'Naw, you both plenty evil! Maybe... you be the lesser of evils. Maybe you be the stooge the real evil genius hides behind!"
Her last two strikes are wild, but make satisfying slaps against the wall as the necromancer dodges her attacks.
Nandipha moves into the room, climbs on to the table, and then attempts to whack the Necromancer with her tail!
Nandipha casts Magic Fang on her tail and then strides in. "You must be Morgrym. So... What do you have to do with the Lardbutt Lads and those Hellhounds? I fail to see your grand plan here."
I've really enjoyed Nandipha a lot in this game. I was experimenting with so much with her build, but she really came together well as a person!
"Thank you, Baux. Yes, please." She grimaces at the slash the Gargoyle gave her. "That gargoyle cut near to the bone, I think." She glances around the roof. Did the gargoyle leave behind anything interesting? Once she and Baux are back on the ground, Nandipha nods to Lucius. "I agree. This Morgrym be nothing but trouble. You might want to draw Grandma's sword, so we have stories to tell."
Then Nandipha takes a step back from Gargoyle lady.

Nandipha follows Baux up the ladder. "This be the statue Dethor saw?"
"Do we want to check the roof for the lookout? I be not a bad climber either."
Okay, so one Quench and one Resist Elements.
Don't you have to spend gold to learn spells? Or is that only true for people with spell checks?
GM, how are you treating APG spells? Could Nandipha have prepped Quench this morning if she made the nature check and spent the gold?
Nandipha also looks up at the roof before agreeing with Baux. "That ooze can bide a while we explore. I be worried less for it than those bandits, and fights be noisy. No need for us to waste resources on the ooze we could be using to slay lardbutter boys."
Nandipha raises an eyebrow.
"Maybe that be him? But why did they preserve the body?"
