Weapon and Armour Druids are proficient with the club, dagger, dart, quarterstaff, scimitar, scythe, sickle, short-spear, sling, spear and all natural attacks (claw, bite, and so forth) of any form they assume with wild shape. Druids are proficient with light and medium armor but are prohibited from wearing metal armor.
Chaotic, Evil, Good and Lawful spells A druid can't cast spells of an alignment opposed to her own or her deity's (if she has one). Spells associated with particular alignments are indicated by the chaos, evil, good, and law descriptors in their spell descriptions.
Nature Sense(Ex) A druid gains a +2 bonus on Knowledge (nature) and Survival checks.
Wild Empathy(Ex) Diplomacy on animals.
Spontaneous Domain Casting A storm druid can channel stored spell energy into domain spells that she has not prepared ahead of time. She can “lose” a prepared spell in order to cast any domain spell of the same level or lower.
Nature Bond(Ex) Wind Subdomain You can manipulate lightning, mist, and wind, traffic with air creatures, and are resistant to electricity damage.
Wind Blast(Su) As a standard action, you can unleash a blast of air in a 30-foot line. Make a combat maneuver check against each creature in the line, using your caster level as your base attack bonus and your Wisdom modifier in place of your Strength modifier. Treat the results as a bull rush attempt. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.
Domain Spells: 1st—whispering winds, 2nd—wind wall, 3rd—gaseous form, 4th—air walk, 5th—control winds, 6th—wind walk, 7th—elemental body IV (air only), 8th—whirlwind, 9th—winds of vengeance.

Moina Luft backstory:

Moina grew up in a tribe that lived in the sodden lands. They were quite remote and rarely saw any outsiders except for members of other tribes. Most of those the encountered were the occasional unfortunate ship that had been blown off course or shipwrecked in a storm. Some survivors were hostile and had to be driven off but other were grateful for help and directed back towards civilization.

Moina was a carefree spirit with only one problem. She was the village witches daughter. Expected to learn everything from her mother and one day help lead the tribe and help bring good fortunes upon them. To her mind it was a lot of responsibility to have to look after the whole tribe and she rebelled at almost every turn. Much frustration was caused as she ignored her lessons or spent days by the sea just listening to the waves. She had her own connection to nature but it wasn't anything like the herbs and visions that her mother spoke about. It was more... primal. She didn't receive a vision she just knew when a storm was coming.

One particularly large storm had been raging away for a week, drenching everything. Moina didn't fear it and when everyone else was concerned with survival she walked out towards the beach to observe the wind and the rain as it fell. She stood there for hours before she noticed a boat on the beach not far off. Thinking they had been dashed up on the rocks she hurried to help them. She made sure no one drowned and stayed with them until the storm abated. If not for her help several of the crew may have perished. They thanked her and wanted to reward her for her help but she refused and instead asked them for passage to a port city. They sensed she was running from something but could hardly turn her down.

She berthed with the cook, an old woman, tougher than her own mother and more wrinkled too. She kept her company during the trip and made sure she wasn't bothered by any of the crew. Finally after weeks of sailing they arrived in port peril and Moina farewelled Gretna the cook. A great port city awaited her. Opportunity upon opportunity stood in front of her and she froze. She had never imagined so many people all bustling together, yelling and going about their business, mostly ignoring each other unless one got in the way of another. Foul curses from dark alleys and offers for money. She wiped the fog from her eyes and entered the first inn she saw...
