About "Minnow"

Racial and class abilities: Change form, Speak with (sea) Animals 3/day, lowlight vision, Curse: Tongues (Aquan), Mystery: Waves, Revelations: Water Sight.
Traits: Besmara's Blessing, Excitable

backstory:
Calix was an orphan, found on the shoreline of the shackles among the flotsam after a storm. He was remarkably unscathed despite the condition of the debris around him. Those who found him saw it as a blessing of Besmara, saving him from death for an unknown destiny that awaited him. They took him in and raised him as their own. They even kept his secret safe when he discovered he was not human, but a skinwalker.

As Calix grew, he began to work more among the ships and docks. People began to call him "Minnow" due to his small stature and nimbleness in the water. It soon became apparent that he was in fact touched by divinity, though be it Gozreh or Besmara was up to debate. He devoted more time to the seas once his powers awakened and many people consider it to be a good luck charm to have him travel with them on voyages.

personality:
Despite his attempts to be as easy going as the seas, Calix is often quit rash and stubborn due to his age. He is very cautious about his heritage as he knows the views towards lycanthropes is never good and some people may not see the difference between him and them. Calix has matching scars on his checks near his mouth where the skin splits when her shape changes. Though Calix will answer to his name, he prefers to go by Minnow.

Appearence:
Calix is fairly short, only five foot, with a lean build. His already dark skin is tanned from years of working around the docks in his youth. He black hair is dreaded with some of the locks adorned with sea shells. A few small scars fleck his body, yet they are dwarfed compared to the matching pair on both side of his mouth. If asked, he'll explain it was from an accident while working on the ships years prior. In truth, they are from his skin changing.
