About Milo "Goodfellow" Tosscobble

Milo is Curious. In a land filled with darkness, where people choose not to speak of the past, Milo wants nothing more than to gain an intimate knowledge of the history of his home. Up to this point in his life, his few travels have lead him to learn many things, but one thing he hasn't learned about it the true nature of evil. He doesn't understand what evil is capable of, and he doesn't even know that. He takes an optimistic approach to life, and seeks the companionship of those he encounters. There are very few in the world whom he distrusts without reason, and tries to live assuming that the same is true of the rest of the world. He is very honest, and believes that nothing good is bred from dishonesty.

His association with the late Professor Lorrimor is one of adoration and respect. Milo is deeply saddened by the news of his untimely death, and feels a deep urge inside of him to pay his respects. Milo met Prof. Lorrimor when he was a young performer, employed by a local Circus. Inspired by his calming voice, and empathetic to his life of slavery (though in his ignorance, not viewed as such by Milo) Lorrimor was able to trade the Circus Master a trained horse for the freedom of Milo, which at the time seemed like a good bargain for the Circus Master, but no so much anymore since revenue is down. Since then, Milo has lived his life indebted to Professor Lorrimor, and now knows that he still has an unpaid debt, which he will seek to make even. Now that he has tasted freedom, he understands what a terrible life he was living, and how horrible the Circus Master was to him. Milo is going through a serious internal struggle, does he seek revenge or just leave it behind? In any case, the idea of going back to a life of slavery scares him to the core, and is likely to have a serious emotional breakdown every time he is around any kind of slavery. What Milo is seeking in life right now is to know what to do with his freedom, after having lived for years in bondage. What he does know is that he genuinely cares for those in need, especially those who are subject to slavery. He feels that saying goodbye to Lorrimor will take him one step closer to freeing himself mentally and emotionally, though, he recognizes that in some way there is still a debt to be paid, and until that is completed, he is not a free man.

To Milo, the Professors name is Sacred, and will quickly take offense to anyone who speaks ill of him.
