Well, for what it's worth I'm interested in if the books will appeal to me (age 40-ish), not my kids. :)

I'm also interested in the answer.

I'm thinking of buying one (or more)of the Tales but I have horrible memories of some D&D novels :o

P.S. : Btw, anyone knows how good (or bad) is the french translation ? Buying the translation would help the local game store but .. well I also have bad memories of translations when I was young(er)... :D

At last... it's mine ! my precious.. (I'm sure I'll be rich someday when I'll write "how Paizo made me become addicted to adventure paths" ^^ )

I imagine it is hard, what with the stunning art work. Not all of it is stunning but the ones that are stunning and just amazing. Not to mention ninja's, vikings, ravens, fey, and witches. I mean really what more could you ask for? :)
You cruel tease you :)). Luckily I just started downloading.

Good thing I casted "endure teasing" this morning.

3 people marked this as a favorite.

I have to say : when I see threads like this one ; when I see that this thread is not locked in oblivion as soon as he started ; when I see that people like James Jacobs take the time to come and say their opinion.. thanks Paizo.

Attempting to wait patiently as well.......I cannot wait to read this issue!!

Same here.. my paladin of Shelyn wants his pdf ;p

You just depicted a GM I knew some time ago. :D

More seriously, I always have a bad feeling when I see campaigns where the list of forbidden content is larger than the list of permitted content.
But that's just me, I have an allergic reaction to "you can't take that it's too powerful". (I'm perfectly fine with "You can't use that book, I haven't read/buy/other it" or "You can take that feat/spell/archetype/whatever but I fear it could be a bit too game breaking so maybe I'll have to houserule it." )
