About Malum the Forsaken

Background:

Malum hails from Cheliax. As his appearance is rather distinctive he went into a trade where being recognized was half the battle... slavery. The ship that he worked on was delivering some lovely short samples (aka halflings) to a small cove near Daveryn when the deal went south. With a few guards and the merchandise we were haggling with the buyer over price (for some reason he kept wanting to see their teeth). When our lookouts failed to spot a patrol. They walked right into the deal without so much as a howdy-do. My attempt to bribe them to 'see nothing' was rebuffed and battle ensued.

The long and short of it, the merchandise was freed, my guards on shore were killed, the ship sailed off... only to be sunk by a pair of patrol boats. The buyer turned out to be a bloody inquisitor of Mitra! He called himself the Hammer of Mitra. The trial was a blur of activity, and anytime I was in public I was pelted with rotten fruit and vegetables. I wasn't merely judged for my crimes, but also for my appearance. Sentenced to Branderscar.

I swear if I have a chance, I'm going to get that Inquisitor and his little pack of cronies for ruining my life!

Appearance:

Malum has a slightly bronzed appearance and some very prominent horns protruding from his noggin which highlight his shiny black hair. His piercing green eyes seem to calculate and weigh those he meets (on their worth... hehe). He does have a very flexible tail.
