As some of you may already know, I'm one of the designers working on 4WFG material and the Samurai from Paths of Power was some of my work. Looking back on it to do a Samurai Archetype option for PoP II, I realized that the Samurai was actually rather underpowered, gaining one class ability or feat per level, including the first few levels. Compared to many other base classes, this is rather limited; most classes gain at least two or three key abilities at 1st level.

So would anyone be interested in a revamped 4WFG Samurai? Have you felt yours was underpowered during play?

I'm currently working on a project for 4 Winds Fantasy Gaming, and I could use some experts to help spot potential problems with a few new combat options I'm developing.
