Background/Description
Lottie has been working for the past several years as a pie lady, selling the best eel pies one can find in wherever. During this time, she’s become somewhat of a matron of the local street urchin population and has moved into the world of information brokering as she picks up and then sells tidbits of gossip and information through her street urchin network. What money she does make she returns to the community to help those living on the streets.
Lottie is roughly 5’3, portly, and has coarse grey hair like steel wool kept in a bun. She tries to dress well, but her clothes are worn and have been repeatedly mended.
