Flat Affect The DC of a Sense Motive check attempted against Lulz increases by 2. Low-Light Vision Lulz can see in dim light as if it were normal light. Trick Attack As a full action, Lulz can move up to 30 feet and make a single attack with a small arm (or a melee weapon with the operative special property) as a trick attack. If the skill check is successful, the attack deals 1d4 additional damage and the target is flat-footed against this attack. Lulz can make a computer check with a +4 bonus to succeed on the trick attack. Upgrade Slot Androids have a single armor upgrade slot in their bodies. Regardless of whether androids are wearing physical armor, they can use this slot to install any one armor upgrade that could be installed into light armor Operatve Class:

Theme:
OUTLAW +1 DEX
Whether you are guilty or not, you are a wanted criminal in a city, on a planet, or even throughout the galaxy. Due to the sins of your past or your current unlawful behavior, you are a wanted individual somewhere. You might not even be guilty and are striving to clear your good name. or you might fully admit to being a criminal but believe the laws you break are unjust. Whatever the case, boarding a starship headed to deep space might be just the thing you need until the heat dies down—or until you’re dragged off to prison. Theme Knowledge (1st)
Gear:
Stationwear, flight suit: Many types of reinforced clothing afford protection without sacrificing comfort or fashion. The prevalence of this kind of light armor on Central Station has led to the colloquial term “stationwear.” Stationwear ranges in style from casual wear to business suits and more formal garb. The usual environmental protections of armor are concealed in the design of these outfits. The grades of armor—business, casual, elite, and flight suit—refer to the quality of the garments, not the style. Type: Light Level: 1 Price: 95 EAC bonus: +0 KAC bonus: +1 Maximum Dex Bonus: +6 Armor Check Adjustment: - Speed Adjustment: - Upgrade Slots: 0 Bulk: L Survival Knife: These light blades can be used for both mundane tasks and combat. A typical survival knife has a fixed, single-edged, carbon-steel or ceramic blade and is treated against corrosion.
Tactical Semi-Automatic Pistol: The semiautomatic mechanism of this pistol discharges spent cartridges and reloads fresh ones in the barrel, provided a cartridge remains in the magazine.
Personal Comm Unit: A personal comm unit is pocket-sized device that combines a minor portable computer (treat as a tier-0 computer with no upgrades or modules) and a cellular communication device, allowing wireless communication with other comm units in both audio- and text-based formats at planetary range. A personal comm unit also includes a calculator, a flashlight (increases the light level one step in a 15-foot cone), and several entertainment options (including games and access to any local infospheres). You can upgrade a personal comm unit to function as some other devices (such as full computers and scanners) by spending credits equal to 110% of the additional device’s price. Tool Kit: A tool kit is a set of specialized tools and devices not worth purchasing individually, but which as a collection are required for a given task or provide a circumstance bonus to certain skill checks. Engineering kit (Engineering checks without one take a –2 penalty), hacking kit (required for most Computer checks), and trapsmith’s tools (provides a +4 bonus to Engineering or Mysticism checks to arm or disarm traps). Light Projector
Datapad
All datapads have light bulk, and most are tier 1 computers with the miniaturization upgrade. Tier 2 and higher datapads are generally used only by the wealthy elites or technological sophisticates due to the additional miniaturization technology involved, but they are more powerful than many stationary computers while still fitting comfortably in one hand. Datapads can have computer modules and countermeasures installed at the usual additional costs. For example, most datapads in military or industrial use have the hardened upgrade. Saboteurs and spies frequently disguise eavesdropping devices or explosives as ordinary datapads, knowing that the datapads’ universal use means they won’t raise suspicion.
Background:
Lulz 1515 began life as an android stolen from the AI creche by a shady organization operating out of the Diaspora in league with various pirate groups and other illegal entities. She was trained to be a loyal operative of the ISIS syndicate, but as she came of age, she longed for independence. After performing a number of data grabs and hacks for her 'owners,' she was assigned a job on Absalom Station where she learned of the Starfinders. She turned herself in and in exchange for expunging her record, she gave information about her 'owner' group. For this she received emancipation and a false set of identity papers sufficient for her to join the Starfinders. She is now an informant and a kind of undercover operative, but she can't generally reveal that and may find herself having to deal with her past, if she is recognized by anyone who worked with her in the past. Her cover name is Lola Izis.
She has a variety of interests, including creating origami sculptures, as well as robotic works of art. She was part of a group that worshipped Besmara, the Pirate Queen. She still thinks of the goddess as perhaps watching over her. Lulz is reluctant to steal as freely as her pirate comrades, knowing what it is like to be owned and not wishing to impinge on the freedom of others by stealing their stuff. She may make exceptions if a reprehensible rich person has unsecured items that can be lifted. Appearance:
Lulz was created to pass as an attractive human female. While her creators required this of her so she could more easily infiltrate groups without giving away her android identity. Since liberation, she kept this disguise going, finding it easier to fit in if people don't know her artificial origins. Her eyes can be seen to be non-organic, but augmentations are common enough that this does not give away her android nature. Her hair is strawberry blonde with streaks of mauve. She has a glowing emblem of Besmera, The Pirate Queen, on her abdomen, which she sometimes displays when casually dressed. She wears primary colored jewelry. Her clothes and her stationwear armor are designed to give her freedom of movement and to generally not stand out too much.
Lulz has some small holoprojectors located at her shoulders, her belt buckle area, and her boots. Most of the time, they just create colorful accents that have no game effect, just a kind of style of dress. But when she uses her trick shot, she has some preprogrammed images that flit about and create various distracting images to get her target to leave an opening she can take advantage of in her attack. Faction ACQUISITIVES
The disastrous disappearance of the majority of the Starfinder Society’s resources in the Scoured Stars incident was the catalyst behind the birth of the Acquisitives faction. In the hard times that followed the disaster, the Starfinder Society turned to several notable mercenary organizations, hiring freelance agents to perform duties once handled by Starfinders. Many of these hired contacts and mercenaries saw the usefulness of a continued “working relationship” with the Society, and they decided to join as the first new generation of recruits finished their accelerated training. |
