Little Sister appears as a young girl of nine with disheveled black hair and green eyes full of fear. She is clad in a tattered silk nightgown.
This appearance sometimes leaves place to a darker display, her face locked in an eternal silent scream, and her throat ripped out as by savage teeth, dripping copious amounts of blood onto her clothes.
In either case, she bears an eerie resemblence to her friend and tether to this reality, Lady Karnelia, as though one were looking at a younger version of the same.
