Appearance
-------
Appearance:
Age : 18
Size : Medium, 6'9", 245 lbs.
Type : Humanoid (Gnoll)
Tall and strong, even by gnoll standards, and a goliath to most races, Lhyrnyr does not fail to make a strong impression. Combining the bestial appearance of his gnoll kin with a slightly more savage take, all of metal and pelts, on the armor and weapons of a faithful Asmodean warrior, he is an intimidating figure.
Lhyrnyr possesses a distinctive scar to his left ear, where a goblin's arrow nearly took his ear off as a young trainee. That scar, and the brutal beating he administered in revenge, earned him his moniker of "Notch-Ear" amongst his folk, a mark of martial honor.

What are the Silver Fangs?:
A long time ago, as the Goblinblood wars raged on in Isger, the Silver Fangs, a tribe of gnolls living in the region, wanted nothing to do with the conflict. They stood their ground within their territory, content with driving away both the goblinoids and the more civilized folk.
This changed when an Asmodean sect, seeing an opportunity, worked their charms on the Gnolls. Bribing the tribe with vast amounts of food and gold, and speaking words laden with enchanting poison, they converted the tribe to their side. The Silver Fangs were an instrumental part of the effort to end the wars in Isger, and in diabolism taking a significant hold in the region.
Today, the Silver Fangs remain loyal to Asmodeus and the corrupt regimen Cheliax holds upon Isger.
Who is Lhyrnyr?:
Lhyrnyr is one of the many Lawbringers raised by the Asmodean cult for the purpose of preventing their regimes from falling apart. Born and raised amongst his kin, he trained in the art of combat, and was inducted as a Lawbringer by his father and uncle; the mantle having been running in the family for generations.
The Order of the Lawbringers, born of the Asmodean desire for control, is an order of warriors devoted to keeping control over the regions of the world under Asmodean control. They frequently attract some of the less-evil members of the religion, often those who find more appeal in the Prince of Law's interest in hierarchy and control than the more selfish results of such things. Rumor has it that most of them are dumb muscle led into the archdevil's service through lies, tradition, and intimidation, and that many of them fail to realise how truly evil their deity is.
As far as Lhyrnyr's case, this may not be entirely unfounded.
Today, Lhyrnyr patrols the region much like others in his line of work, seeking to put an end to unrest wherever he witnesses it. He collects on bounties where possible, to keep himself fed and equipped.

Traits
Survivor (+1 init, +1 Sense Motive) - Regional
Improvisational Equipment (-2 penalty to improvised, instead of 4) - Equipment - Every Gnoll knows that you can't count on having the right too for everything in the wild. A smart one has a buncha tools, but a really smart one knows how to get along without a buncha tools.
Irrepressible (Charisma instead of Will for saves against charm and compulsion)(Faith) - Father always told this: "If we Silver Fangs don't follow our word to the Prince, and we don't keep our honor, then we aint no better than the savages. We earned that red star, and that one shouldn't go turning his back on what it means."
Magical Knack (+2 caster level)(Magic) This one's always had a bit of a strange streak; the hyenas like me, I've got the healing touch of the lawmakers, and every now and then, it feels like I'm about to unlock a whole lotta power. Maybe if I work hard enough at it, I'll find the secret to it.
Brute (+1 Intimidate, is class skill)
Have you taken a good look at this one? The goblins are roaches. The humans are small. Even the orcs aren't that big compared to gnolls, and this one makes some gnolls scared just lookin' down at 'em.
Drawback: Oppressive Expectations (-2 on last skill failed until succeeded) [i]This one's gots ta make father and uncle proud. This one's gots ta make his tribe proud. This one's gots ta make the Order of the Lawmakers proud. This one's gots ta make the Prince proud. That's a lotta eyes on this one right there.
Drawback: Zealous (-5 to attack, +2 to damage on first attack of encounter vs. member of other faith) Youse make trouble? I crush you. Youse make trouble for one a' them so-called 'chaotic' deities? I oughta crush you twice! Racial Traits:
Darkvision 60 ft
+1 Natural armor
Weapon Familliarity: Flails, dire flail, any 'gnoll' weapon.
Trait: Runt: Scout was born scrawny, weak, and burdened with very bad teeth. It takes a -5 penalty to attack rolls and CMB.
Background:
Scout was born the runt of its litter. Amongst most gnoll tribes, this alone would have doomed it to become bait on the tribe's next hunt, leaving more milk for its hardier, more promising brethren. The Silver Fangs, however, saw a use for the weaker pups: They were use to train children in how to interact with the tribe's pack, since they proved far less of a threat when mishandled.
Scout, however, proved to have a redeeming quality: What he lacked in combat prowess, he more than made up for in sharp senses. Knowing this, Lhyrnyr claimed the pup, and raised him as a companion to assist him in his duties.
