About Lex_LuthorNot a great plan:
"Not a great plan," he said. He was right. "There are risks involved," I conceded, poring myself a glass of his good stuff. Tony didn't drink like he had, but he still kept a fine board, and I respected a man strong enough to keep his demons in their cage. "And we are out of time." He stayed silent. That meant I had to press the attack. "With Sinister on one side and mutants on the other, what choice does Humanity have? You've made progress in your Man Of Steel program, and the Mark I is ready for human trials. All we need is a candidate with the intelligence to respect it for what it is." I finished my drink and put the glass down with a little bow. He hadn't stopped me. That was that. "So you are Tony Stark and the program is Man Of Steel, but then what am I? I. I? I...." "I...am Ironman."

The Man Of Steel battlesuit MK I, designation: AS7-D "Atlas" is not the cutting edge of human technology. There are things in R&D that make this look like stone knives and bear skins. When I first sat down to design the targeting system for the Mk I, I realized several problems. Most of them originated from trying to cram in state-of-the-art proprietary light-recognition systems onto something that was destined to see combat. What I realized is that many of the problems could be bypassed by over-layering what in essence is off-the-shelf monitoring equipment. NeoCOIL power distribution matrix. Tony and I argued much on how to oporate the weapon systems for the Man of Steel project. He wanted something small, modest, able to do a few things, but do them well. I thought bigger. I said while we'd never have enough power to run everything we wanted, if we could transfer what power we had, and do it quickly, we could give the pilot more options. Thus the birth of the NeoCOIL. This device, of my own making, allows for fast-as-thought power redistribution with minimal loss of efficiency. Enhanced Strength 14 (28 pts) {33}

The true genius behind the Warhammer is not that it exists, it's the miniaturization that went into it's making. What used to take a battleship to carry has been made small enough to fit unnoticeably on a man-scale. The minimum barrel fires a 1-gram aluminum slug at near-light speeds, allowing for unerring accuracy on any target within straight-line sight. -Damage 9--Range 1;Area:Burst {27}; Extended Range 1 -Affliction 14--Increased Range: Ranged (vs Will. Complications: Greed: Although Lex is already rich by many standards, he knows he is destined to stand amongst the true movers and shakers, rather than the common and over-crowded ranks of the merely wealthy. Although he'd never admit it, he's still at the stage in his life where he can be bribed to betray certain principles, even if the amount of the bribe climbs higher everyday. Recognition "In the Shadow of Giants": Ever since he met Tony Stark his reputation has always been tainted as being an acknowledged Second Fiddle to the super-genius. For a man that truly believes he is destined for unrivaled greatness, such a thing rankles. In as much as he both consciously and sub-consciously knows that his relationship with Tony is mutually beneficial, he is always scanning for some opportunity that would move him into a limelight of his very own. Other: Addition--functional alcoholic: Like many older, successful men, Lex mentally associates deep thought and large profits with a glass full of some expensive and soothing brown liquid. For someone that works as hard as he does he could not imagine a day that doesn't end with a rewarding snifter to be of any profit. He would more willingly go without lunch than do without a congratulatory wee drop at day's end. This behavior has instilled both a mental and physical addiction, and were he ever forcibly made to do without, such would put him in a bad mental place. Fame: Both with and apart from his need to be out of Tony's shadow, Lex keeps one eye on how his public image is seen by the populous at large. For all his bluster and personal accomplishments, he feels a need to be seen as a savior of humanity. This is of course at odds with much of the pragmatism that goes with being in business; to wit, much of the time if you want something done, one canst not be timid or meek about it. One of the perks of being associated with StarkCorp is the PR firm that is employed to keep up his, and by default the company's, reputation, and if something happened that were to threaten that, it would put him on a bad footing. to be added flavor text:
