Most of the times you get a Fortitude Save after 24 hours or the negative level becomes permanent. It's just a guess though, we'll have to see...
After defeating the woman Kurasu sprouts huge black raven wings from his back. Encouraged by the cheering of the crowd the Tengu would try to put on a show, celebrating their victory. Interweaving Loopings with some of his own characteristic dance moves inspired by the flow of the wind.
Fly Check:1d20 ⇒ 11
Performance Dance:1d20 + 16 ⇒ (11) + 16 = 27
Pretty self-satisfied with his performance he glides down to the bottom of the arena in wide circles.
"By Hei Feng!" the Tengu shousd as he spotts his companion Radrick. "I didn't know you got hit this badly, the wounds did look like superficial scratches to me at first... Was that kukri enhanced by magic?" , Kurasu checks on Radrick.
"Well those wounds certainly did more damage than they should have done." the Tengu frowns, " Here let me help you with my mending powers... though I do not think, I have the capabilities to deal with the loss of your life energy right away, I should be able to heal you if I pray to my god to give me the means to do so, if it doesn't get better by tomorrow I'll look into it."
Loosing debilitating portent and freedom of movement
In the direction of Sol the Tengu squawks " You did pretty good up there my scaly friend. Are you in need of patching up too?"
"Well done, if I might say so myself. I think we all did a good chunk of work today. Considering we did pretty well in both of those fights I'd say celebrations are in order!" , the Tengu smiles smug at his two companions. "So what are we gonna do tonight? Wash down the dirt and blood of the arena with some good old sake and tales of our heroic battles? My treat!"

Not trying to go into a detailed discussion here and if that's the way it's in this campaign it is fine by me, I am just speaking my mind here since I have my Core Rulebook at home right now.
Needing two hands to cast a spell that has a Divine Focus/Material Component would mean that clerics can not cast most spells when grappled since you can't perform actions that need two hands to accomplish.
PRD -> Glossary:
"In addition, grappled creatures can take no action that requires two hands to perform. A grappled character who attempts to cast a spell must make a concentration check (DC 10 + grappler's CMB + spell level), or lose the spell."
"A pinned creature can take verbal and mental actions, but cannot cast any spells that require a somatic or material component. A pinned character who attempts to cast a spell must make a concentration check (DC 10 + grappler's CMB + spell level) or lose the spell."
Also it would nerf clerics severely since he would have to drop anything they are holding every time they casts a spell without Eschew Material or Still Spell. Same goes for Magus which is practically unplayable without one of the two feats then. Also Level 1 wizards would have to drop their crossbow every time they want to cast a spell with a material component.

Gladly Kurasu was able to cling to the cliff wall once more. In a pinch he tries to cast a spell.

Not casting defensibly, provoking another attack of opportunity from the monk if he does have one.

Hi :D
Currently we have Sol as Dragon Disciple who is going for a Dmg/Tank mix, Radrick our Monk is purely going for combat maneuvers, I went for Warpriest to be able to do something in combat besides healing and buffing the party. Our party member that your about to fill in for was going for a Gunslinger/Cavalier DPS build.
Maybe some damage would be nice, but about anything will be a fit in my opinion.
EDIT: We do not really have a party face to be honest, however this is a martial tournament and we haven't had a need for heavy socializing yet. But maybe there will be soon? I don't know honestly ^^

"Ok. The mountain will have to wait until we have more free time on our hands or the tournament is over, otherwise we might be late for our scheduled match." Kurasu realizes as he estimates the time it would take to reach the mountain top.
"You seem pretty interested about this dragon rumor that is going around. Let's see if we can find out something about that together." , the Tengu accompanies Radrick in exploring the area and asking around about the dragon.

With a big yawn Kurasu awakes as the sun tickles his beak.
"Good Morning!" , he greets his comrades, still yawning and stretching.
After a quick morning wash, the Tengu meditates in a quiet manner, while whispering the names of the winds over those Xei Feng rules.
Grateful that his Deity chose to bestow upon him a fraction of divine might he ends his meditation by casting a few marked bones on the ground, hoping that Xei Feng will reveal to him the ways of the winds for the next coming days.

Now full of enthusiasm to make a lasting impression in today's tournament fights he askes his friends, should they still be around;
"So did you guys have a pleasant night? Is anyone suffering some after effects from yesterdays fights or any scratches or wounds unattended? If so, let me know and I will take care of it, so we can start today in prime fighting condition!
If anyone has HP or leftover CON Damage that was not cured from resting let me know, I can help out with 3 lesser restorations and healing.
While the Tengu is taking a look at Radrick to see if the monk has to deal with any aftermath of his injuries, he enhances the protective properties of Radricks and his own clothing.
Kurasu casts Magic Vestment twice, on his own and Radricks monk robes.
"As far as I know an archery competition will start soon... Not my cup of tea though. I would much rather explore the island. The top of the mountain peakes my interest especially. Does anyone of you want to join me on a little hike up there?" , Kurasu states in hope of experiencing an astonishing view from atop the mountain as well as the feeling of wind brushing through his feathers. Thinking that the top of the mountain will be the part of the island with the fiercest winds he was sure that up there his bond with his deity would be strongest.

@radrick If its about dragons I think remove fear, protection/resist energy is a good bet.
Well I had a scroll of remove fear handy xD however if I am the one that gets save-or-sucked as well, there is not much I can do.
I got scrolls of: remove fear/ paralysis/ blindness/ curse/ disease with me. I hope that we wont need them too often, since I only got 1 each, but better to be prepared than dead ^^ usually I have 1 Freedom of Movement prepared, because I can swift-cast it on myself if I get grappled, paralyzed.
I could take Bless/Prayer if u'd like that's not a big buffs but it helps.
Any spells you had in mind? Mind you my max spelllvl is 4 right now, so I sadly can't take Breath of Life or Raise Dead yet.
BTW remember we got LOOT
We got awarded a Luck-Stone and a Potion of Stone Skin. Who would like to have those?
Luck Boni aren't too good on me because I can cast Divine Favor which is a Luck Boni too. So I'll pass on the Stone.
I think either Sol or Radrick could get use out of the potion of Stone Skin, DR10 makes one incredibly tanky. In character I would vote to give the potion to Radrick, due to holding the beast off for so long. A fitting prize in my humble opinion, because next time you will not go down with that potion handy xD

Kurasu enters the noodle house, not too keen to boast about their victory over the undead beast, since he was hardly of any use in that fight. However they did win and were able to qualify for the next round, which was quite a feat in itself he kept telling himself.
His companion Radrick was not in the mood to celebrate, which was to be expected.
The festivities will have to wait for another day then... Maybe I can still have a light hearted chat before I'll head to bed ; the Tengu thought to himself.
After getting himself a bowl of soup and a refreshing drink his eyes wander around the noodle house, searching for the group they defeated today, wondering if they did depart or stay to view the rest of the tournament.
Kurasu is looking for the tiefling woman from the opposing group, wanting to converse and clink glasses in honor of a battle well fought, also interested in the magic the tiefling was able to wield.
If he isn't able to see her after a quick look through the place, the Tengu would like to take seat next to someone of a demi-human race (catfolk, lizardfolk, ratfolk,e.g.), hoping to learn a thing or two about their culture and preferably their artistry and poetry during conversation.

Standard Action sprout Tengu Wings , Move Action gain as much distance as possible moving southwards and upwards along the barrier, since a start straight up is not likely to succeed.
Is that set of actions acceptable? I have no spells prepared that might be useful for escape.

Im confused, do I get the 1 CON Damage despite my miraculous fortitude? Or did I fail the save?

Fort Save:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22 (-2 due to panicked included)
Kurasu has Miraculous Fortitude meaning he takes the lesser effect if he fails the save and ignores the Con Damage completely if he should succeed.

I had a good laugh due to the comicalness of the situation and your comment XD
Well I am a warpriest, I don't have Raise Dead yet :/
Maybe the Oni does something like Hold Undead when the Situation gets out of control, I suppose they don't want to see their combatants dead to an exhibition match, but that is just a hopeful thought... so I guess you have to come up with something. Good Luck ;D

Oh sry, I did think the area for the dim light and the fear aura were the same. My bad.

Kurasu notices the Nagaji flee in terror. Knowing they will need their scaled teammate in order to stand a chance the Tengu retrieves a scroll from his belt pouch and activates it.
Move action to grab scroll of "Remove Fear", Standard action to use scroll on Sol, supressing the fear effect for 10min
Afterwards he assumes a defensive fighting stance, changing his position slightly.
Swift action to activate Crane Style, 5ft step to D4
EDIT I forgot to write this in the initial post, but I think I also grant Sol a +4 morale bonus on saves vs fear effect for the duration of the spell.

Yep, picking up an item and standing up are both a move action of their own that usually provoke AoO. Unless this undead monster has some fancy feats/abilities.
EDIT Luckily I have a scroll of "remove fear" handy, hopefully I'll be able to get Sol back into action with that.

I guess he used his kamas? But monks can use their unarmed strikes even when armed with weapons... so I am not certain.

Kurasu uses his Blessing; "Destructive Attacks" (granting +5 morale bonus on weapon damage rolls for 1min) on Danh. Then the Tengu moves to Sols side, planning to bless the Nagaji next. E4
He utters a short prayer to Heif Feng for protection. (Using 1 point of his fervor to cast Shield of Faith upon himself in a swift action granting him +3 deflection bonus)
