Hello. I'm looking for ideas for a homebrew campaign taking place during the events of Tyrant's Grasp. Basically, the PCs are low level characters in the city of Vigil, which is occupied by orcs from Belkzen and cultists of the Whispering Way. I want it to be a sandbox type campaign. So, if you were a low level character, in the city of Vigil, what would you choose to do? How would you "resist" the occupation? Other ideas, encounters, NPCs also welcome. GO....

FYI - the PCs would start out as common citizens (merchants, farmers, etc.). I might even have them first meet at a Whispering Way indoctrination session :) There is no organized resistance yet. But, the PCs could eventually find NPCs who are organizing a resistance.

Absalom's Edgewatch division is recruiting. Do you have what it takes to join this newly formed city watch?

The Agents of Edgewatch Adventure Path takes place in Absalom during the city’s grand centennial celebration, the Radiant Festival, which spans the entire summer season. The six volumes of this campaign assume that the player characters are fledgling city guards at the outset of the festival and the city’s only hope by summer’s end.

This adventure path will be played using Fantasy Grounds Unity. The GM has an Ultimate license, so players only have to download the free, demo version. But, players will be expected to chip in so we can purchase the PF2 content and the adventure path content.

The game will be held every other Tuesday, from 6 - 9 PM (Pacific Time). Due to the "city guard" theme in this AP, PCs must refrain from chaotic and evil alignments. You can download and view the free Player's Guide for this AP at paizo.com. Estimated start date could be as soon as Nov 3. We currently have a GM and 1 player. Looking for 4 more players to fill our ranks.

Reply with simple PC ideas if interested. And feel free to ask questions.

FYI - do NOT cancel my AP subscription.

Is it possible to have this entire order shipped together? I'm not sure why the GM Screen is shipping separately and via Priority Mail. I would rather the entire order be shipped Standard Postal Delivery to save on shipping costs.

Our group (for the most part) has been playing together since college days in 1981. We have played years of D&D adventures and started playing Pathfinder a few years back. So far, we have completed Rise of the Runelords and Serpent's Skull. We play once a month on a Saturday from 3 - 11 PM. For year 2020, we have started Return of the Runelords. Here is our journal of game play. NOTE - there is some additional DM created content included in the adventure path. First of all, let's meet the PCs:

Our PCs are summoned to Sandpoint to attend a memorial service for Brodert Quink. The old Tian man had made friends with each of the PCs over the years and have named them in his will. The PCs arrive and stay at the Rusty Dragon Inn.

Aytu Kajitsu-Strongfist, Human Skald - Your parents, Sihedron Hero Akrem and Ameiko were good friends with Brodert in Sandpoint. And you enjoyed many days as a child with Brodert looking over his maps, listening to his stories, and learning about your mother's homeland (and Brodert's homeland) Tian-Xia.

Rook, Halforc Barbarian – You have been a bit of a wanderer in your youth. Eventually, you ended up in Sandpoint and have worked in the forests and lumber mill for the past few years. You learned your fighting skills as you encountered various creatures in the forests. An unlikely friendship has grown between you and the old man, Brodert Quink. He would often hire you for odd jobs around his place (repair the roof, build a porch, etc.) in his failing years. Upon his death, you long for the loyalty of good friends.

Galan Darke, Elf Wizard – You were raised in Magnimar and were fascinated by all the Thassilonian relics. For years, you have studied these relics while also studying arcane magic. While in Magnimar, you made friends with the elf Audrahni. The two of you had many discussions about the planes and the after-life. You eventually moved to Sandpoint to study under a Thassilonian expert named Brodert Quink. It was Brodert that introduced you to the Sihedron Hero Merisiel. She expanded your studies to include geography, history, dungeoneering, as well as the arcane. You feel your education is now well rounded and you are ready for the next stage of your life.

Hondo, Human Monk – Your family immigrated from Mwangi to Varisia when you were very young. You grew up working the farms and forests around Galduria in Varisia. You were fascinated by your Uncle's stories of the Sihedron heroes who defeated Karzoug. Eventually, you trained in fighting and were hired as a caravan guard that ended up in Sandpoint. It was there that you met Brodert Quink and made an unlikely friendship with the old man. For a year, you worked for him and learned from him. It was Brodert, who suggested you go to Windsong Abbey and discover your calling in life. After spending nearly two years in Windsong Abbey, you have trained as a monk who follows Korada – The Open Hand of Harmony (the same Demigod followed by the Sihedron Hero Rothlin, who is also your uncle).

Varduzi, Human Rogue – Your father, Dun-Kor, was one of the famous Sihedron Heroes. He married Shayliss, daughter of Vin Vender, who owns the general store in Sandpoint. Shayliss was always kind to the old historian, Brodert Quink and Dun-Kor always treated the man with respect. As a youth, you would often run errands for the old man and liked to listen to his stories. And although you have rogue skills and your father has dealings with Jubrayl Vhiski (the local Sczarni leader in Sandpoint), you don't belong to the local gang.

Wren, Human Cleric of Desna – You were raised in Magnimar and studied under Bevaluu Zimantiu at the Cynosure Tower shrine. During your time in Magnimar, you befriended an elf named Audrahni. Although Audrahni was not a follower of Desna, she had a strong faith and you spent many hours discussing religion, the after-life, and many other topics. Her perspective, as a long-lived elf, was very beneficial to you. As you came of age, you were sent to Sandpoint to serve two years under Father Zantus in the Sandpoint cathedral. You learned much, but also decided that tending a local flock was not your calling. Your friend Audrahni also passed through Sandpoint while you were serving in the cathedral. She has moved on now, and you have been tending to Brodert Quink until his recent death. Your two years of service is now over and you are free to serve Desna as you see fit.

Also included in Brodert's notes is a map with Nalinivati's symbol on it. The map shows a potential location of an ancient cave shrine to Nalinivati made by early Tian immigrants to Varisia. The cave is in the northern foothills of the Fogscar Mountains near Roderic's Cove. Brodert bought the amulet from some half-elven hunters who made the discovery near an old hunting lodge in the mountains. Due to Aytu's Tian heritage, Brodert leaves the map to Aytu and any allies that want to explore this ancient site.

Played my first Pathfinder 2e session last Tuesday and I'm wondering how long it takes for that session to show up? I'm assuming it is waiting on the GM to enter the event info. Just want to make sure there is nothing else I need to submit.

Event: PFSNLG 1-04
Event Code: 2697277
Date: 10/15/19
GM Play #: 163066
My character: 105477-2001

My friend and I are looking to join (start) an online Pathfinder 2e game. We would be available every other Tuesday evening. The best time would be 6 - 9 Pacific time. We have been gaming together since 1981!!!!

Each of us currently is DMing a Pathfinder game. We are doing Hell's Rebels (I am DM) on every other Tuesday (hence the need for the other, alternating Tuesdays). And my friend is DM of Serpent's Skull (this is a face to face game that meets 1 Saturday a month).

So if anyone is interested in starting up a PF2 game on alternating Tuesday (Oct 15, Oct 29) - we would be interested in joining.

I assume orders are still being put together and shipped. But, I haven't seen a shipping update posted to the Customer Service site for awhile. Just checking to see how things are progressing since I haven't received a shipping Email yet. If I happen to be at the end of the shipping queue this month, then I will be patient and continue to wait.

Please remove the Age of Ashes AP from my pending order. I just want the Tyrant's Grasp AP and the Druma book.

Thank you.

Is there a way to receive book 6 of Tyrant's Grasp without also getting book 1 of Age of Ashes? I will cancel my AP and Campaign Setting subscription after the next mailing. I want the Druma and Tyrant's Grasp book, but not the Age of Ashes book.

Thank you.

Please cancel my Modules subscription.

Please cancel my Campaign Setting subscription. Thank you.

My September subscriptions have not shipped (have not received shipping notice). Order 7441056.

Please cancel all my subscriptions.

Thank you.

Hello,
We have an established group that is looking for an additional player. We are playing a homebrew adventure path - Talisman of the Kellid Prince. We are playing the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month from 6 - 9 PM Pacific Time. PM me if you are interested.

A little history about our group: We started as a face to face group in 2016 and played (and finished) the Curse of the Crimson Throne at Borderlands in Salem, Oregon. We have now started a new campaign (Talisman of the Kellid Prince) and have decided to play online (so people don't have to travel). Characters are currently at 3rd level (we have a Gnome Oracle, Gnome Summoner, Human Brawler, Dwarf Cleric, and Human Cavalier). The player with the Cavalier is going to have to drop out due to a work conflict. So we are looking to replace him with another melee type character.

PM me if you are interested in joining us.

Has there been any resolution to the Interactive Maps PDF problem from last month's #128: Songbird, Scion, Saboteur (War for the Crown 2 of 6)? I can download the zip file, but when it opens it only has 1 page (the cover page).

Got my shipping Email today. Logged into my account and did the download of the PDFs. The AP downloaded fine, but the Interactive Maps are only showing 1 page. I tried both "single file" and "by chapter". Both times, the Interactive maps only show 1 page (the cover page). Any suggestions?

I have received 3 of the 5 items in this order and am wondering if the other 2 items will ship soon or if they are "stuck" in the system.

Thanks.

Talisman of the Kellid Prince (a Pathfinder campaign)

This adventure will take you from Andoran, to Isger, to the Five King Mountains, to Druma, and to the First World (Realm of the Fey). Can you find the talisman before the Asmodean inquisitor and his Hellknights do? I will be running this adventure in 2018, every other Friday from 6 - 9 PM, at Borderlands or other Salem game store. I'm currently running Curse of the Crimson Throne (currently in book 5 of 6) and will start Talisman of the Kellid Prince when finished (maybe February 2018?). I will work with potential players on character concepts and design rules. So let me know if you are interested.

Also, check out this recruitment on Facebook.

I'm thinking out loud here, considering a First World / Fey campaign. Any ideas would be appreciated. So far, here is what is rattling around in my head:

Background: Long ago, when the First World was young, three amulets were made (one good, one neutral, one evil) that gave great power to three ruling families of gnomes. But, when the gods abandoned the First World, the amulets and ruling families diminished. The amulets have been hidden in the First World for thousands of years. These amulets, if brought to Golarion, would wield tremendous power (especially if placed in the hands of distant, blood relations of the ancient gnome ruling families). And now one of the amulets (the evil one, of course) has been stolen and brought to Golarion.

*** I need more work on the background - ties to the Eldest, etc..

Part 1 - The adventure begins (somewhere in Golarion around large forests) with the PCs getting a surprise visit from a dying gnome monk. These gnome monks are from an order that guards against the amulets being stolen from the First World and brought to Golarion. The gnome brings you news that one of the amulets has been stolen and a sinister group is looking for the other amulets to gain total power in this area of Golarion. The monk's monastery was attacked and the gnome monks have been scattered. This monk is being tracked and is now dying from her wounds (poisoned and cursed by the evil amulet). And then much to your surprise, the monk hands you the good amulet that they have secretly keep in the monastery for decades. She tells you to flee and try to find a distant blood relation to the ancient gnome ruling family of the good amulet. This monk is also going to flee, hopefully leading the sinister group after her for awhile, until she dies of her wounds.

*** The PCs flight and search should take them all over the forests of Golarion and eventually into the First World. Anyway, I needs lots of work and planning still. If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to comment.

Received my order today but the Adventure Path was missing. I received the three non-mints (Ultimate Magic, Inner Sea Poster Map, and Seers of the Drowned City). But, AP #117: Assault on Longshadow, was not in the package. Please send a replacement for the missing AP.

Thank you,

Question about my order #4260144. The order (see below) included a non-mint Inner Sea Poster Map, but it is no longer in my sidecart. Any ideas where it went?

We currently have a Brawler, Warpriest, Cleric, and Rogue (who plans to multi-class as wizard). All are currently at 2nd level. Send me a PM if you are interested our group.

I have a NEW AP subscription ready to start in August with AP #109. Can I go ahead and pre-order the new Crimson Throne now to receive the free PDF and 15% Pathfinder Advantage when it ships in September OR do I need to wait until my first AP subscription ships in August before pre-ordering the Crimson Throne?

I plan to restart my AP subscription with Strange Aeons. But, I want to make sure if I start my subscription with #109 that I will also be able to get the free PDF if I pre-order the new Curse of the Crimson Throne. Looking at the scheduled release dates, it looks like my plan would work (start my AP in August with #109, and then receive PDFs for #110 and CotCT in September). Is that correct?

New Pathfinder AP group starting soon. We are planning the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month (starting in June) from 6 - 9 pm. Our plan is to play at Haven Gaming in Salem. The following APs are being considered: Curse of the Crimson Throne, Carrion Crown, Reign of Winter, and Giant Slayer. Contact me if you are interested in playing (or if you want to DM instead of me).

Two PCs are looking to start a Hell's Rebels PbP game. We are both, long time D&D/Pathfinder players and play in a monthly game that has been running for 17+ years. So we are looking for a PbP game where we can both play together. Therefore, we are looking for a GM to run a PbP Hell's Rebels AP plus a few more characters. Our characters will be a bard and a rogue (both connected with the Kintargo Opera House). So we will be looking for 1 fighter type, 1 cleric, and 1 wizard/sorcerer. And, of course, we are looking for a GM to run the game. Below are the PC creation guidelines:

Pathfinder with Adv Player Guide and Adv Class Guide
20 point buy
Good alignments
No guns
2 traits (use 1 of the traits in the Hell's Rebels Player Guide)
150 starting gp

Please cancel my AP and Campaign Setting subscriptions.

Thank you.

Two long time RPG players are looking for an online Pathfinder game. We would be interested in a Play by Post game or d20Pro/Roll20. We are both in Oregon (Pacific Time). Please PM me if interested, especially if you would be willing to GM the game.

Could you check my Order #3741686. I started a new subscription for December, but got an Email stating their was a problem with my payment method. When I look at the order, the payment method looks accurate. Can you look at my order and let me know what else needs to be done.

Thank you.

The PCs just finished Jorgenfist (except for some more research in the library). So I am interested in developing some side adventures for the PCs as they leave Jorgenfist and escort the rescued prisoners back to Sandpoint. Any ideas??? What have others done???

Now that the last Giant Slayer AP has shipped, please cancel my subscriptions (both AP and Campaign Setting).

Thank you for making a great product,

-DM Swan

A new group will be playing through the Mummy's Mask adventure path. We will start on Thursday, Jan 29 from 5 - 10 PM at Borderlands Games in Salem. We still have room for 1 or 2 more players. Send me a PM if you are interested in joining us.

I have an order from last Monday that is still in pending mode. Any update with an estimate of when this will ship would be appreciated (Order 3332758).

Thank you.

How do other DM/GMs handle sneak attacks with ranged weapons? I have a player, who is a rogue, who can get within 30 feet of a target. If I, as the DM, decide the target loses his dex bonus (can't see the rogue, etc.), then I allow sneak attack damage if the rogue hits with their bow. How do others handle this????

We are still recruiting players for an every other week game on Friday evenings from 5:30 - 9:30 PM. The game will be hosted by Rainy Day Games in Aloha (18105 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy). Hopefully, we will be creating characters and starting the Shattered Star adventure path this Friday, Sept 5.

Rainy Day games in Aloha, Oregon is hosting an every other Friday Pathfinder game. It will take place on Friday evenings from 5:30 - 9:30 PM. The opening session will be Friday, Aug 22 - followed by Sept 5 and Sept 19. We will be playing the Shattered Star adventure path and are still looking for players. If you are interested in joining, Email DM Swan at danlswanson63@yahoo.com.

Now recruiting players (and/or GM) for a Pathfinder adventure path game. The game will be located either at local gaming stores or a private home in the McMinnville, Newberg, Sherwood, Tualatin, or Beaverton area. Some Pathfinder experience would be nice, but 1-2 newbies would also work. Day, time, and location are open for discussion.

Looking to create a Pathfinder Adventure Path game in the Newberg / McMinnville area. We would hopefully be using local game stores as a location. The day, time, and specific adventure path are open for discussion if we can find enough players. I can play or GM.

I hope everyone is enjoying Paizocon 2014. When you return and get the time, please restart my Adventure Path subscription (start with book #4 of 6 of Mummy's Mask). I tried to create the order online, but the system is unable to create an active payment method. All my information should be in the system. Please use the card with expiration date of 2016 as my active payment method. Also - if you get this message first, you may ignore my Emails about the problem.

Thank you,

-DM Swan
