I attempted to buy the new Strange Aeons pdf and was told that my payment was declined so I tried again. It was declined a second time so I checked my bank account and saw that I'd been charged for the pdf twice. When I check my downloads and pdfs on Paizo the pdf is not there at all. How do I go about getting a refund for one of the payments and getting the pdf for the other payment? |
