BACKGROUND
Klegg was raised in Andoran for the first few years of his life by a small community of gnomes, who rotated duties of taking care of the abandoned child. He was often the subject of many pranks, but became somewhat of an expert on them himself. Having grown up with gnomes, he is eternally curious and lively spirited, quick to song and laughter. He also has a peculiar habit of ducking even when entering doorways that are obviously tall enough for him to pass through.
At the age of twelve, Klegg sought to join the order of Shelyn, moving by himself to Absalom for his training. He applied himself well to his studies in the ways of channeling the divine and learning the stories of Melodies of Inner Beauty, and he was greatly liked by his fellow acolytes for his outgoing attitude, charming demeanor, and wonderful singing voice.
After several years of training, now a full Cleric of Shelyn, Klegg was sent to take the place of an old Cleric who had recently passed away in Westcrown. Klegg accepted the assignment begrudgingly, having lived close to Cheliax earlier in life and being none to fond of what he had heard. Choosing to travel by land in order to stay for a few days with his family on the way, Klegg found the common folk of Cheliax to be a downtrodden but decent folk. He came to feel a great deal of anger to those that ruled them, which became compounded when he arrived at Westcrown to find the temple to which he was assigned nearly destroyed at the hands of devils. After attending to those injured and helping to repair the damage, Klegg has turned his sights to those he feels responsible and to aiding the oppressed people of Westcrown.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Klegg casts quite an impressive figure, standing at 6'3" tall and weighing a good 200 pounds. He is long legged and decently muscled, but only enough that it can be somewhat hidden under normal clothing. His face is softly lined, except for a very strong jawline that features a small, round scar on the left side. His eyes and hair feature the same rich brown, though his hair tends to feature dazzling streaks of bright colors that differ from week to week. He generally goes clean shaven, and his facial hair rarely grows in thickly by itself. His right shoulder features a peculiar birthmark that looks vaguely like a bird.
Klegg almost always dons a red, silver (well silver-colored) lined tabbard with Shelyn's symbol embroidered on the center. The tabbard was a gift from one of his many 'aunts' before he left home.
