About Khronos Utharion
Background
Spoiler:
Khronos was a squire to the Paladin Urias Wel for 8 years before he arrived in Woodcroft. Urias was on a pilgrimage crusade and in his travels he had taught Khronos much about the way of the Paladin and his god Desna. When they both arrived at Woodcroft, Urias knew almost immediately that Khronos time with him had finished. He gifted Khronos with his own armour and his own holy symbol and tasked the boy with protecting the faithful of this town until such time as he too felt the calling of the pilgramage.
That was three years ago. Khronos has been staying with the family Jensen in their loft, paying them back by completing odd chores around the home and occasionally caring for their two young children while they traded for goods in other towns. His other duties include aiding Narwyn in runnig the church services. He enjoys this work as it also lets him talk in the language of his mother, elvish. When time permits, Khronos trains with Yurk and the militia to hone his combat prowess and has accompanied the arms master on the occasional foray into the woods to investigate potentially dangerous situations.
Khronos is tall and heavily built for a half elf. He has grown a full but tightly curled beard and his dusky skin betrays his fathers Shoanti herritage. He wears well made plate armour almost everywhere he goes, a habbit he picked up travelling with Urias. The battle axe he uses is functionally brutal rather than ornate but his dagger is clearly of elven design and is probably the best cared for item he carries. He carries a serious expression almost always, and it's only when he's around the Jensen children that anyone truly hears him laugh. He tends to take his time to answer questions as he prefers to consider an issue rather than spill his first impressions. This has led to some thinking he's a little daft. He hasn't bothered correcting anyone on this point yet.
