Kharne labels his job as a 'Fixer'. He solves problems. In his daytime hours he spends his time gambling, which is his profession for people not in the know. He also uses this to launder the earnings of his night time exploits. In the underground of Absolom he has earned a reputation as a man who gets dirty work done, whether it is a quiet burglary job, or cracking skulls in daylight. He keeps Desna as his personal faith, he always saw himself as innately lucky, and being in with the Patron of Luck couldn't hurt, so he feels. He is picky with his clientele, he makes sure to only take jobs against people who have it coming. This is an unfortunate philosophy in for a man in his vocation, and has earned him the ire of a local crime boss. Subsequently he has begun to go legitimate, signing up with the Pathfinder Society for protection from his old enemies, and to continue his trade.

He keeps his greased jet black hair pulled back in a ponytail, with rough unkempt stubble lining his chin. He smells heavily of sweat and liquor, with the words 'LADY LUCK' tattoed on his knuckles. He has the creased, deep green eyes of a man who has seen too much, and expects it at any moment. He is naturally suspicious, but goes out of his way to protect innocents and small folk if they are threatened. He has been known to offend people easily, and though he doesn't have a loose tongue, he often will absently throw a remark that may wound a person without realising himself.

He is dangerous, and he seeks dangerous work. He doesn't tolerate fools, and respects those who are competent.

He plans to name his she-wolf Fortune.
