Assuming a 20 PB, I'd start out like this and place the 4th increase in Strength.
Str 17, Dex 14, Con 14, Int 12, Wis 14, Cha 7

Traits:
Cunning Liar (use Wisdom for Bluff)
Expressive Pantomime (can communicate with Bluff)
Power of Suggestion (another use for the Bluff skill)
Witty Repartee (Bluff as Class skill)

So the idea is to wield a two-handed reach weapon to gain AoOs from enemy movement, while wearing medium armor to shore up your AC.*
As a Drunken Master you can drink alcohol as a standard action to get Drunken Ki, which you can spend to either walk through the air or ask your opponents a question so incomprehensible that they lose their entire turn.

Good magic items to have is a wand of Long Arm, and a Cracked Magenta Prism for a +2 competence bonus to Bluff.

By level 5 your Bluff skill modifier should be +18, or +20 when raging.

*Misread the Windstep ability, so you want to use a Wand of Mage Armor instead. Luckily Bloodrager has it on its spell list, so there's no UMD check to bother with.p
