Hi, just a quick question - are there any Player's Perspective Campaign Journal for SCAP? Like this one for Savage Tide. I tried search function but it didn't return anything. :/

We're about to begin AoW and I wanted to play a LN Cleric of Hextor, although DM objected a bit about my choice of patron god, since Ebon Triad is a big part of the plot. My question is - is Cleric of Hextor a playable character or will conflict (I'm assuming it's a conflict, maybe I'm wrong) with Ebon Triad prove to be impossible to handle with him in the party?

No spoilers, please.

So, my party just started Tides of Dread and soon enough they'll meet the infamous Zotzilaha and, hopefully, get those nifty items from him. Since they're somewhat lacking in decent equipment, I decided to modify items listed in the AP to fit them and give them a nice boost. Problem is, I'm not really sure what to give some of them, so I ask you, wise DMs who have played through this, for help! Also, I prefer them to be Specific Weapons/Armor, because it's just cooler. These are my ideas, feel free to make suggestions on any of them. Rule of cool applies everywhere.

Party is:

Half-Elf Bard - defacto party leader (you can't really say no to someone with +25 on diplomacy) and the biggest problem of all, since I have no idea what would be a great item for a bard. First I thought a suit of Celestial Armor, but given his dex modifier of +3, he can't really make use of its max dex bonus of +8. Fly is nice, but compared to what others are getting, it's not much. Then I remembered he said he'd use a whip, and in MIC I found 2 whips - Lash of Sands and Water Whip, but both deal elemental damage which will get kinda useless against all of those demons they'll face. Have no idea what to give him. Instruments are pointless, since he uses Perform (Oratory).

Human Conjurer/Master Specialist - Either Ring of Arcane Might or Robe of Arcane Might.

Rogue/Fighter/Dervish - Rogue's Vest. Fits thematically and that bonus to sneak attack is nice.

Elf Paladin/Fighter/Champion of Corellon Larethian - Sword of the Planes

Dwarf Druid - Rhino Hide, but I'd add Wild enchantment on it.

Human Cleric/Radiant Servant - he has Vow of Poverty, so I should give him something that he's supposed to donate somewhere... But I have no idea what.

Supposedly, it's 3000 gp (in Dragon #97). Is that a mistake, since it seems kinda low for a large town with assets of 600 000gp, not to mention you can't buy almost anything useful past lvl 5 (not even +2 stat items!)? Is it the same in HC edition? Or if it's not, did any of you DMs correct this?

So, I'm about to start DMing STAP for 6 players, and I'm wondering if anyone had experience in doing this since 'scaling the adventure' sidebar scales it for characters of higher lvl, not for more players of the recommended lvl. So if anyone had a chance to DM for 6 players, any suggestions how to scale this AP are greatly appreciated.

Why aren't there any on the Resource page, where I got the other ones?
