Finding Your Kin
Choose: an NPC and a class. Master Linton/Monk
Benefit The chosen class is always a favored class to you, and your dedication to it is such that every time you take a level in the class, you gain 1 additional skill point.

Improvised Defense
Benefit(s): Whenever you wield an improvised weapon, you gain a +1 shield bonus to AC. If you use the improvised weapon to attack, you lose this shield bonus until the beginning of your next turn.

Freedom Fighter
Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus on attacks made with improvised weapons. If you do not possess the Catch Off-Guard or Throw Anything feats, you still take penalties on these attack rolls as normal..

Child of Nature
You gain a +2 trait bonus on Survival checks, and Survival is a class skill for you.

Resourceful(halfling racial trait)
Halflings with this trait do not take any penalties for using improvised weapons. This trait counts as the Catch Off-Guard or Throw Anything feats for the purpose of qualifying for feats. This racial trait replaces sure-footed and weapon familiarity. Source PRG:HA

Feats and stuff

Deadly Aim (Combat)
Benefit: You can choose to take a –1 penalty on all ranged attack rolls to gain a +2 bonus on all ranged damage rolls. When your base attack bonus reaches +4, and every +4 thereafter, the penalty increases by –1 and the bonus to damage increases by +2. You must choose to use this feat before making an attack roll and its effects last until your next turn. The bonus damage does not apply to touch attacks or effects that do not deal hit point damage.

Invisible Blade (Ex)
At 3rd level, when a far strike monk uses the Stealth skill to maintain his obscured location after sniping, he takes a –10 penalty on his Stealth check instead of –20.
This ability replaces still mind.

Maneuver Training (Ex) Currently +3
At 3rd level, a monk uses his monk level in place of his base attack bonus when calculating his Combat Maneuver Bonus. Base attack bonuses granted from other classes are unaffected and are added normally.

Far Shot (Combat)
Benefit: You only suffer a –1 penalty per full range increment between you and your target when using a ranged weapon.

Evasion (Ex)
At 2nd level and higher, a rogue can avoid even magical and unusual attacks with great agility. If she makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, she instead takes no damage. Evasion can be used only if the rogue is wearing light armor or no armor. A helpless rogue does not gain the benefit of evasion.

Fearless: Halflings receive a +2 racial bonus on all saving throws against fear. This bonus stacks with the bonus granted by halfling luck.

Keen Senses: Halflings receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks. Applied

Flurry of Blows (Ex) +1/+1
A far strike monk can make a flurry of blows as a full-attack action as long as he’s attacking with thrown weapons. He can’t make a flurry of blows with his unarmed attacks or any other weapons.
A far strike monk’s flurry of blows otherwise functions as the standard monk class feature.
A far strike monk can’t use Rapid Shot when making a flurry of blows with a thrown weapon.
This ability alters flurry of blows.

Fast Thrower
At 1st level, a far strike monk gains Quick Draw as a bonus feat, even if he doesn’t meet the prerequisites. At 4th level, he gains Shot on the Run as a bonus feat, even if he doesn’t meet the prerequisites. At 8th level, when using the Shot on the Run feat, he can make a second ranged attack with a –5 penalty at any point during his movement. At 15th level, he can make a third ranged attack with a –10 penalty at any point during his movement.
This ability replaces stunning fist.

Additional Traits
Benefit: You gain two character traits of your choice. These traits must be chosen from different lists, and cannot be chosen from lists from which you have already selected a character trait. You must meet any additional qualifications for the character traits you choose — this feat cannot enable you to select a dwarf character trait if you are an elf, for example.

Precise Shot (Combat)
Benefit: You can shoot or throw ranged weapons at an opponent engaged in melee without taking the standard –4 penalty on your attack roll.

Point-Blank Shot
You get a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls with ranged weapons at ranges of up to 30 feet.
