About Jiao-long

Hailing from the nation of Tian Xia, Jiao-long originally joined the Society as part of Amara Li's efforts to bring eastern and western lodges into closer cooperation and integration. Over time, however, his loyalty to his distant homeland waned as his own personal power grew. The acquisition of arcane might continued to fill his focus, to the point that the eventual termination of active ties between the Tien and Absalom lodges barely caught his notice.

Schtick: I always get to act in the surprise round, no matter what. If that happens and I haven't spotted an enemy (or suspect the source of a threat) I cast shield. I do likewise if the situation seems to merit some front-line fighting as opposed to casting spells. Otherwise, I let others take the front while I do some opportunistic casting from the back.
