About Jaxterin
'Jaxterin', as it allows itself to be called, speaks nothing of its past. Not even to Jasper. As far as anyone knows, the eidolon came into being only when it was first summoned. Nobody knows whether it's been summoned before, or what its true form really is.

The aspect of Jaxterin that Jasper summons takes the form of a quadrupedal creature with feline, canine and aquiline features, all in one. Its eyes gloint like hard chips of obsidian. Its form is covered in thick fur, coloured black and rust. Its maw is a wolf's, filled with unnervingly sharp and plentiful teeth. A long, slender tail flicks lazily behind it, occasionally snapping out like a whip.

Jaxterin speaks in a strange voice that sounds like the hissing of serpents coming from many directions at once. It growls when addressed as an inferior, and grins wickedly when addressed as a superior. It is cold and cunning, and watches from Jasper's side, willing to give its pet human control and see what it can do. After all, life on the outer planes can go on for so long, and become so boring. It may as well keep this mortal around for a time.
