Jasaka nervously takes the rope and looks to Arlena to make sure it was safe. She seems even more so nervous as there was a chance she could fall, but that was always a danger, but her breathing was a bit fast as she ask " I won't fall right? Like... Like I can live right? It's not that far, it's not that far."
She repeats this over and over as she climbs up, her grip slipping at one point and making her scream, clutching the rope tightly before realizing she had not moved, and was able to finish the climb. She gets up and also turns around to help anyone who was not able to get up, calling down " Perhaps we should tie it to those less able, and pull them up? That may help them, and we might have time." Her voice was shaky, clearly rattled by her experience climbing up.

" I am unfamiliar with the darkness such as this, nor the stones. Surely you are much wiser guide, but I say we go forward with the idea of hope we are nearing the exit." Jasaka seemed a bit uncomfortable with the idea of people being so far gone they can't be redeemed, but she also knew it happened. Arlena story bothered her more than she wished to admit, for she did not know her twin.

Jasaka looks at her party members with a bit of shock, the violence they seemed at ease with against someone who was different from what Desna taught was right. She had defended someone that Desna would have said was evil and harmed others without thought, and she felt some conflict on it. Perhaps she wasn't not cut out for all this after all, her elder sibling might be better. If only I could met them. Maybe they have the bravery I lack.
"Holy dwarf, could we have not swayed him from evil? Is there truly no hope to redeem them? I have a sibling who I miss, but I know little of their life. What if they have been tempted by evil?"
She questions this as she also tries to help lay the body to rest, giving it some sort of rites, even if the dwarf was not deserving of it. She would still try. If Katanu mentions finding anything she would ask about the statue, and would take it with her. Spears always reminded her of heroes.

Jasaka sniffles a little, feeling more like she murdered this man than anything, given her part in the attack. She had clearly wished to help him out, but after the last swing and he doesn't respond, the cave walls start to close in a bit too much.
" Surely we could have helped him without killing him. I was no better than those demons we are trying to fight against. Peace should have been made here. " Her words reflect her bigger belief of her own grief in this than anyone else having done wrong

While she regrets it, clearly this was a moment of her life and her new friends lives versus this strange dwarf who may harm them. Jasaka makes a call to swing her gandasa down, the regret clear in her face. She had wished to help out those who had been stuck down here, but clearly something else was happening.

Not exactly sure on the meaning the dwarf was saying, but still curious, Jasaka would ask about it

Being less afraid now the others have proven this was no monster, Jasaka walks closer to the man, or rather dwarf, in a friendly manner. It seems she may hate the underground, but helping others was something she was bound to do.
" What research my friend? Surely we can help you? There has been quite some interesting events. Let us make it back up together yes?"
Her words and pose showed no hostile intent, because she didn't have any nor any deception towards the dwarf. She was just sick of the underground.

While taking the time to rest, she would ask the others for some stories of their backgrounds. She was curious about her companions, mainly because she was not much of an out going person when she was with the sisters.
"As we are traveling together, we might as well know each other. I was raised by the Sisters of Desna, a group of female crusaders who could not fight anymore. They raise some as a child until I came here. I'm looking for a sibling."

Having watched quietly, knowing nothing she did much outside of her own faith and that taught to her by the sisters who took her in but not her brother, she was lost as to what to say. But she knew when it was time to kill some demons, or undead, and it seems that's what Angus had just awoken. As for the time, she didn't care, it was past time the dead and demons where banished and sent back from their world.
"Die you demon filth, and begone from this holy place! May Desna send you to peace!"

" I am new, but paths under cities does not seem strange. Is this not how you move water about? Perhaps it is merely an old water path. We should... explore the right side, see what it holds?" A few moments have passed, but it seemed that while death had come, it was not a painless experience, but rather suffocating and hot. This was not at all how she had imagined she would die, nor did the pain seem to help. It at first only reinforced the idea Desna had left her, for what else would explain all this she was feeling?
That is, until she heard other voices, faintly. Perhaps I was not forsaken, but rather I am not dead. Or does the planes of Desna have others you can hear? While pondering this, there was light suddenly, and she was under some rumble, with her face down in it. After a few moments of struggling, she would stand up, hair still sparkling in the dirt and grime.
" I am in one piece, but sore. Desna did not abandon us it seems, but my faith was not as strong as I would like. We need to get back up, for I have to repent for my transgressions."

As the group talked, and everything settled into a speech, her attention was turned towards the stage. Her first real big speech in a larger town, it was truly an inspiring time, worthy of a song, one that would give thanks to the glory and travels of all those gathered.
This was what her focus was on, until suddenly it wasn't, and that perhaps was worse. She was thinking she could make a song, and then walls were falling. Was this what it was to truly make art? Was it so chaotic? Or was that... no... no that truly was a demon! What was happening?! She was truly caught off guard, for the stories she had heard of the great city was one of safety and prosperous people!
This lasted until she was encouraged by the sight of a silver dragon. While her stories were heroes fighting and overcoming the evil red dragon, she knew not all were evil. This was truly a moment to sing! She starts her voice up, getting a song of hope and goodness ready, her strange sword coming from underneath her armored robes.
As she approached the battle, a sudden shift and she was falling, disappearing down the long dark hole suddenly under her feet. She was not fortunate enough to be near an edge, but rather had the ground just suddenly gone under her, the closest edge a good ten or more feet away.
Her last sight was of the terrible loss, the appearance of hope dying, and suddenly a floating feeling. So this is what it was to be dead? A floating darkness? Perhaps I was not faithfully enough to Desna to join her. These thoughts filled her head as the darkness overcame everything. Her failures to Desna was it

The greetings of all was a new experience, and being close to people who at least knew of the pathway seemed to be a good sign. Desna worked in mysterious ways, and having a faithful teacher and a paladin nearby was for the best. And now another seems to join them. It was clearly a joyous day. "Desna brings travelers and their guardians together for many things. I am Jasaka, traveling musician and dreamer." She tries to keep up, but often times it feels like she stops suddenly and looks into space, hearing a tune only she can. It's slight, but with what appears to be streaks of light in her hair, that would call to mind stars, it could just be a small idea forming.
" I have often heard those blessed with magic are destined for great things. The stories say they bring honor and glory to their parents, but are greatly tempted as well. Be careful to listen to your father. He seems a wise man."

While not always able to be out, today was a rare chance for her to come and perform her songs. And it gave a chance to see if anyone would look like her came by, perhaps she would finally met that sibling? I should just let it go, the priestess insist they are dead..., her morose thoughts cloud her face for a few moments. She dearly loved the priestess who had raised her, but Sister Halea was closed off on certain things she felt was unfitting for a Desna worshipper to know. At Jasaka felt that way, but the smaller village she came from in the lands was often at risk of demon attacks, so smaller worries like that might not be worth having.
That thought aside, there was quiet a few fellow Desna followers, but none who really caught her eye. She worried a good bit that her letters appealing for someone to host her in the temple here had truly been lost. How else but approaching one would she get in? She knew of one follower she had chatted with, but having never met her in person, she was lost. Perhaps the one with the paladin of Iomedae could help?
Approaching both Mareena and Arlena, she starts, " Honored Paladin and Priestess, I come to seek out the temple of Desna. Can either of you point me there? I am to met someone named Arlena. I have sent letters to her about continuing my study of Desna here in the city."

Jasaka would respect Jazdec request, noting "Many a friend turned soured once death touched them, so says the songs. Perhaps he lost his way after death, and you shall bring him peace." She then moves out, doing her part to help with the party. She would ask after any broken items, and try to mend them the best she could with her slight magical gifts, for she had little left to do.

While she wasn't as well versed into things like Jaxminthe was, she still could be a bit of a girl, and spoke up " I'll take the ring! I'll take it!" Clearly much too big for her fingers as well, it still was better than nothing. Besides, looking at her meager belongings, it was most likely the most expensive thing she owned. And Shelyn always did like for beauty to not be hidden. It must be expressed. If allowed, she would tie the ring off in some of her hair, a golden glint among the stars

" Grand adventure today isn't it? Nice being underground, where the Gods can not see you... only the darkness... and demons..." her thoughts led Jasaka to shiver, and if anyone caught sight of it she was rubbing her thigh before quickly brushing it off and acting as if it was nothing.
However, nothing good came of the words of Jazdac. A temple, and one that isn't a good place? So that means demons. " So then why are we standing here? Let us leave this place. If it is haunted or demonized we have no way of fixing that. Let us return the sun light. Brother, tell them. We need to move on, to places where demons can not hide." Feeling unimpressed with the new girl as well, Jasaka fidgets with her torn and battered dress. The words spoken by her brother seemed to calm everyone down, but she had no idea what the cause was. They had demons attacking, what seems to be something down here with them, and they want to bicker over this silly tart of a human? Men. They can never think about anything but showing off. Perhaps this rock looking thing will be better company. She makes a face, more so do to with the lack of apparent options, nor solutions.
A few more moments she looks at the other woman with them, the one whose name she didn't know but had all that red hair, along with the clear lack of whatever the elf and two humans had going on, maybe she was their lover? Who knew with loose women like that? and asks her " Go where? Well, clearly not back into that demon. Did you see how big it was? My brother is strong but even he would have trouble with that! But, perhaps we can get out if we look around? Maybe that big thing will move that Jazdac is speaking of, and we go that way." She frankly was out of ideas, but standing here doing nothing will get them nowhere fast. Though Jazdac seemed to be digging in the dirt and making shiny things appear. She looks down as well, perhaps there was some gold or other things around to help?
She finds nothing but another scale matching, and takes it in her hand as well. Scales seem odd here, as she didn't know any dragons other than the cities legendary defender.

But she bites her tongue for like always, everyone, mostly women, seemed to find her brother just the greatest thing in the world. Though anyone who caught her calling him brother would be confused. While both were overly attractive, they were like night and day. Different hair, skin tone, even apparent race didn't change anything. She moves to the other man, trusting in her brothers healing enough to approach him.
" Well Sir, may I have the honor of knowing your name? I understand there has been a terrible accident, but if you would please calm down some, I am sure my brother would be more than delighted to help you." The tone of her voice was not displeasing, but anyone smart enough to understand the cutting tone would pick up on the fact she was making fun of the pompous man before her. Surely he had felt their wounds heal? If not, he was as dense as the rocks that is going to spell their doom.

Jasaka jumped high when someone came behind and managed to find the one spot she hated being poked at. Nice or not she was fixing to turn and curse them out when she realized it was her older brother! She hugged him tightly and was starting to tell him all about the horrible crowds when the speech was starting. Everything was going well until well, she doesn't really remember. All she remembers is screaming and reaching out for Caelian as she fell, and suddenly waking up in the dark, until the blinding light flared to life.
After her eyes adjusted back to the light, she coughs out some blood and rocks, and everything as a bit tined red. She feared a massive head injury until realizing she was bleeding slightly from her head. Nothing to bad, but she struggled to extract herself from the rocks, with a bit of a heavy one on her shield. Finding the rest was not to much harder, and already her brother was off saving someone, no doubt without checking himself. She saw some strange rock creature try an help her brother, and goes and assist them.
" Brother, what happened? There was an explosion.... then the ground opened up?" her voice held the fear she was feeling, along with the shaking of her hands. In fact about the only thing odd here was despite the head wound and dirt, Jasaka was very pretty. Like, to the point it was hard to not look at her pretty. But she still seemed a bit more focused on her brother, straining with him and the rock creature to move the rock

Jasaka was moving through the crowd, her soft murmurs of pardon lost mostly to the excitement and sounds of the crowd. She was mainly absorbing the atmosphere, for such life, such joy, such carefree would make great songs for later. She would often stop and listen to those playing music, or even checking their instruments, but soon she would move on
Jasa was human enough, but those who looked for a few more moments noticed just how deep blue her eyes were, like dark sapphires backlit, which was a similar manner to her long curls of hair, with its white strands that danced, given the appearance of stars on a midnight sky. Every so often she would brush her hair backwards under the hood of the cowl she was wearing, giving a chance to see how dusky skinned she was, or when her hand would reach out and feel a particular instrument. A few of the shop keeps would even growl at her, for they knew that such dark skin was generally the mark of those touched by demons. She wore simple gown with a lamellar breastplate, worn and well cared for, along with a rather nasty looking knife that she had held on her left side. A crudely matched wooden shield was on her right, the symbol of the wolf snarling engraved on its wooden face
