Master of Tactics You can use the Help action as a bonus action. Additionally, when you use the Help action to aid an ally in attacking a creature,the target of that attack can be within 30 feet of you, rather than 5 feet of you, if the target can see and hear you.Thus 1st attack roll grants advantage if made before the start of your next turn.

False Identity Lord Malcolm Cavendish - Waterdehavian Noble. You posess documentation of this second identity that provides established acquaintances and disguises to assume that persona. Additionally, you can forge documents including official papers and personal letters.
Personality Trait I am a born gambler who can't resist taking a risk for a potential profit.
Ideal - Independence I am a free spirit - no one tells me what to do.
Bond I owe everything to my mentor - a horrible person who's probably rotting in jail somewhere.
Flaw I'm too greedy for my own good. I can't resist taking a risk if there's money involved.

APPEARANCE/BACKSTORY

Jake is an attractive, smooth-talking, Half-Elf. He appears most normally in fine clothes and studded leather armor with a rapier and dagger strapped to his waist. He can easily be taken as a normal noble and sometimes as his alter-ego, Lord Malcolm Cavendish. His long hair often hides his slightly pointed elven ears, and he can easily be mistaken for a human.
Jake was born and raised in Waterdeep, and he spent his young years as a street urchin after his father, a soldier and his elven mother abandonned him at a very young age. He was taken in by his only human uncle, a man of moderate means, but great skills innthe art of subterfuge as an agent ofbthe Zhentarim. His uncle, Marcus masterson, if that was even his true name, taught Jake everything he knew about disguise, forgery and confidence games. His uncle was eventually caught red-handed in the duping of a rich widow, and is no doubt rotting in some jail cell today for impersonating a Waterdehavian noble. Jake established apartments innthe wealthier section of Waterdeep, and he continues to ply his trade, looking for the next big score.
