You gain a number of temporary Hit Points equal to your level plus your Constitution modifier. This frenzy lasts for 1 minute, until there are no enemies you can perceive, or until you fall unconscious, whichever comes first. You can’t voluntarily stop raging. While you are raging:
• You deal 2 additional damage with melee weapons and unarmed attacks. This additional damage is halved if your weapon or unarmed attack is agile.
• You take a –1 penalty to AC.

Irekawk. Fierce warrior, regal songstress, cunning hunter. She led a flock of her people off of Devil’s Perch, deep through human lands, to compete in the Ruby Phoenix Tournament. “Our only weakness is numbers. No single human can stand against an Itarii.” she crowed loudly to those that ordered her to stay. “In this tournament, their strength will be gone. We will CRUSH them and bring home the great prize so all will FEAR US!

They did not win.
Worse, the great Irekawk died, an arrow in her heart. The remains of the flock went back to the Perch, broken. All except for the youngest member. Irekawk’s little sister, Irekeek.

Irekeek had idolized her sister, working with a single-minded focus to become one of her flock simply to be able to witness Irekawk’s glory. And she succeeded despite only entering adulthood the summer before.

After the stunning defeat, she raged against those that would just leave. She would not allow her sister’s dream to fail, even after her death. "Cowards!" she cried.

For the last ten years, Irekeek stayed in human lands. In the beginning, the young Itarii lived on the outskirts, thieving or foraging for what she needed. That was before she discovered gladiatorial competitions. Learning what she needed about how humans and their allies fought as well as earning their coin to survive seemed like a great way to prepare for the next tournament.

Now she is ready.

Princess Irekeek, the Serrated Feather, is a tall woman with large offwhite wings and sharp talons. She is known in the fighting circuit for being both brutal and entertaining, playing up the strong warrior queen vibe as much as possible. It is an act of course. There isn’t anything akin to royalty in her rookery, the only special about her was her sister.

Now all she has is anger and fear. Both she uses to the best of her ability.
