![]() I've used the D&D dungeon tiles and the Gamemastery basic flip-mat. My preferred one is the flip mat. The issue I had with the dungeon tiles is the time it takes to rebuild the maps (we do not use my house for gaming, so I cannot prebuild the map). It seems to interrupt the game flow more than I like. Making a quick sketch on the flip-mat might not be as pretty, but it keeps the game flowing quickly. To stop the dungeon tiles from sliding everywhere, I bought a roll of drawer liner (like for a kitchen drawer). Get the one that is kind of spongy, the tiles stick pretty well and don't slide around. But I still prefer the flip mat. ![]()

I'm kind of curious what the "bad faith dealings" that you mention are. Delayed release date? I don't consider that a bad faith dealing. If you are talking specifically about you can't buy it from Paizo and get the bundle, that's kind of hard to justify as slanderously as "bad faith dealings". ![]()
![]() Go ahead and let them cast spontaneously, but include the following house rules: 1. Skill check required for casting spells (use either spellcraft or a knowledge spell)

![]() Just as a heads up, this thread is where I'm updating my google spreadsheet of Pathfinder products. Still lacking Pathfinder Society modules + some other stuff, but working on it when I have time. The majority of everything else is in there. Follow the second link (a few posts down in the thread) and you can access the downloadable version from google docs. ![]()
![]() I'm glad folks are getting some use out of it. Things were busy this weekend, but hopefully I'll be able to add more to the sheet as folks have requested this week. You even have your own theme music laid out; "Oooh, Imaginos!" Yep. :D My favorite album from Blue Oyster Cult, actually. ![]()

Unless the info is readily available, I don't have it. I was going through the site last night preparing the info, and I didn't see publication dates. Tracking it down more thoroughly would be a project after I add additional items (such as player's guides and pathfinder scenarios mentioned by others). But I will keep this in mind as a future update. ![]()

![]() I spent some time looking for a spreadsheet file of Pathfinder products so I could manage my (obsession) collection. After not finding one, I spent some time putting one together. This isn't the best sheet, and it does not include Pathfinder Scenarios (yet) and no 3rd party products, but it does cover everything on the store that I saw. Here is a link to the Google spreadsheet. I tried to base the data off the print version, not PDF. Some of the items did not have ISBN information listed on the Paizo item page. ![]()
![]() This was actually in a Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay (2nd edition) game. I was playing a very unscrupulous Dwarven Noble. In the midst of adventuring, I had managed to find a tome of blessings to Nurgle (plague ridden demon god) and stashed it away in my belongings (wrapped very securely in leather in my pack). Due to some unsuccessful negotiating in the last city we were in (not by me), we were being hunted by the constabulary. We managed to pay passage on a boat and were going down-river, but the road wardens had caught up to the boat and wanted to board it. My character snuck back into his belongings, pulled out the tome, and snuck it into the ship's captain's quarters. After the boat docked nearby and the road wardens were searching us, my character was acting worried, but relieved. I confided to one of the road wardens that we were thankful they arrived, for I feared we were going to be sacrificed to the chaos gods. A few minutes of fast talking RP, followed by a solid roll, and the wardens searched the captain's cabin and found the tome. They took him off boat for immediate hanging, and were so preoccupied with him that the rest of us managed to get away. ![]()

That's a valid question. With the lack of information that has been given at this point, there is no real definite idea on where the game is going. But if it scratches my GW4E itch, it'll be the right spot for me. |
