Like the Disciple background, tech support's granted skill is not the one necessary to get the skill feat it grants. Was this intentional? If it was, it should be modified like the disciple background to add “You gain the [Quick Install] skill feat without meeting the feat's prerequisites.” If it was not intentional, either the skill or skill feat should be changed to match each other.
