![]() I know their are several threads for this trait already but they seem to contradict each other. My questions is about what does the trait actual do. I hate to bring up old questions but with PFS allowing Undine this season I am seeing this trait being used and want to make sure I understand how it functions. Undine Loyalty (Undine) You learned early on that teamwork can help keep you safe from troublemakers. Benefit(s): Choose one teamwork feat that requires an ally with the same feat to be adjacent to you. You may benefit from that teamwork feat as long as you have an ally within 10 feet of you (though your ally does not benefit from the teamwork feat unless it also has this trait or a similar ability). 1) Does this trait give you the teamwork feat for free or does the player still need to obtain the teamwork feat? 2) Does the other players need to actually have the teamwork feat or are they considered to have it to give the benefits to the person who has this trait? Thank you for any clarification or pointing me in the direction of a FAQ for it. ![]()
![]() I have two questions regarding Eyes of the Ten when playing it with CORE characters. Spoiler:
1. If the player has earned the Venture Captain boon to apply a bonus to a new character does the new character it is applied to have to also be a core character or can it be any character?
2. If the player has earned the Venture Captain boon to apply a bonus to a new CORE character and they then move that character over to the normal play mode does the boon continue to stay with the new character? I would appreciate any official answers to these posed questions. I have tried searching the forums and through the PFS players guide but did not see anything regarding this situation. They lead to other similar question as i have been seeing an increase in newer season boons on chronicle sheets that allow for a newly created character to gain a benefit. So I am sure that whatever the precedence is it applies to all situations like this. Thank you in advance for the answer and the awesome game you guys provide for us to play in. ![]()
![]() I have a character that is 5 levels of unchained rogue. I am looking at taking a few levels in snakestrike brawler. How does the sneak attack from that stack with the unchained rogue sneak attack since the conditions for allowing the sneak attack to be applied are different? This is for a PFS character. Thanks ![]()
![]() The situation was as follows and we are not sure the exact rules. A character was hit with an attack the gave them the bleed condition. The character behind him uses a heal check as their standard action to stop the bleeding per the rules to the bleed condition. Both characters were being threatened by bad guys. Does using the heal skill as a standard action in combat while threatened provoke an Attack of Opportunity on the character doing the Heal check? We were not able to find a definitive answer and the best thing we found was referencing using a skill in combat usually provokes but no follow up as to what those skills are. In case it matters it was a PFS game so no home rule stuff please. We are looking for exact rulings with reference to the rule. Thanks in advance for any help. ![]()
![]() In the PFS Guide under the earning your stars section it states that a player must run 10 or more specials or exclusives. First, do these after to be ran after earning your 4th star or does any specials ran during your entire GM career count for this requirement? Second,is there a list of what specials and exclusives count for this? Where or how do we find out what exclusives are? Thanks in advance for the help. ![]()
![]() I am involved with a group who is planning to play PFS character all the way to level 20 with various modules, and adventure paths and scenarios. Several players such as the monk, the paladin, and the bard have items that allow them to count their class as several level highers for specific abilities and features of the class. The items are the: Monk's Robe from Ultimate Equipment
The question is how are these items handled for Society play once a character would be going past level 20 for the abilities they grant. Any help as to previous rulings or how this is handled would be greatly appreciated. |
