Can a paladin have those both oaths?

Both of them change the Mercy quality but at diferent levels.

I take the tracking descrition of the Ranger that says that "A ranger adds half his level (minimum 1) to Survival skill checks made to follow tracks."

That means that ranger get the +1 bonus on levels 1-2, +2 bonus on levels 3-4, +3 bonus on levels 5-6, and so on.

Or +1 bonus on levels 1-3, +2 bonus on levels 4-5, +3 bonus on levels 6-7 and so on?

On the other side If I have heart of the Wilderness Humans raised in the wild learn the hard way that only the strong survive. They gain a racial equal to half their character level on Survival checks. They also gain a +5 racial bonus on Constitution checks to stabilize whendying and add half their character level to their Constition score when determining the negative hit point total necessary to kill them.

Forest Ghost (Ex): At 1st level, a woodland skirmisher adds a bonus equal to 1/2 his level on all Perception and Survival skill checks he makes while located in forest terrain.
This ability replaces wild empathy.

Than means that I receive a +1 every Level

From sometime I was searching for underdark familiars for new campaing that I will start in the near future, the problem is that I haven't find anything, but I'm sure that somewhere I have read about them.

Any Suggestion?

From some time I was thingking in playing the Adventure path in the Iron Kingdoms, but that setting is less magic oriented than other settings.

You know how to made a good conversion for that setting?
