One more modifier in combat alone is enough substance from my pov. Having attacks working only when walking or running, not sprinting, adds more tactical depth in my opinion. What attacks this modifier should be applied to, i leave for the devs to decide. Of course, i respect your opinion, though. I am not here to tutor you. Yor decission is yours and yours alone.

Although you are just kidding, my apologies. From my perspective, it was in the middle of the night when i wrote my post and i was very sleepy. I should have gone to bed instead of posting. Again, sorry.
Since i am using an axe "build" i spam "carve" on groups as fast as stamina regenerates, resulting in waiting after two times
I understand this was indeed the intention when reducing stamina. I would like a system where you buy stamina like power to a max of maybe 200 at skill 20. Would feel similiar to HP and power. Side note: sspitfire1 started a similiar thread one minute after Nihimon or so. Andius has a good idea there i think. Maybe we should aggregate the threads. ;)
First thing: Monsters are just moving harvesting nodes in my book. Personally i see no reason changing anything. Since this seems an important issue to many fellow players/testers, i will describe my observation with red skeletons. Before i start, i would suggest looking into their aggro mechanic. I had situtions where i hit one (no group, only solitary) with overdraw, it starts moving, and immediately resets. Sometimes they started rushing at me at second or third shot only. 1)Pull aggro with overdraw. Mob starts chasing.
Suggestion: Raise the aggro gain with each consecutive hit. This could offset the aggro loss because of low stamina. Making the "kiting race" at least longer, possibly not viable anymore. Just my 2 coppers...
<Kabal>Keign wrote: This seems reasonable, although if this were implemented I would expect to see all of the other gathering and refining skills fall under new umbrellas. As a gatherer/crafter who is not interested in magic i do not like this idea. As quoted i would assume every gather skill would be sorted to martial, subterfuge, etc., making all adventure achievements pointless since you need them -atm- only for gathering skills.Edit) Trying to be constructive: yes, leveling as mage is more difficult then fighter or rogue. Cleric is worse imo. I would suggest making a new achievement category called "weapon" with ALL weapons in it. Tie all weapon based feats to it, e.g. axe spec. Class role achievements are tied only to escalation cycles. So every class is on equal terms, and you have to team up if you want to level your class in a reasonable time. Just my 2 coppers...

I always was the bad seed of the family. I was mediocre at crafting, rebellious towards the elders, and had problems following orders. But never i did harm to a fellow dwarf. It was in the middle of the night when the men of High Councilor Nils Igmargun dragged me out of my fathers house. They shaved my beard and tattooed the marks of the outcast on my skin, then i was told what crimes i was accused of: murder. They brought me into the wilds of Janderhoff, beat me up, and left me to die. Thanks to some shoanti i befriended shortly before, i survived that night. I wandered far and wide until i came to Freevale. These people took me in and gave me shelter. They don't question me for my past. They don't look reproachfully at my marks. All that matters is who i am now. Come to Freevale. Be free!

As far as i remember, free citizens of Freevale never talked down to you, your company or your settlement. We never called you griefers or implied you are, nor call you other names. We never said nor implied we plan on attacking/SaD'ing you. I think i speak for most if not all free citizens of Freevale that we will judge people by their own actions, not hearsay.I politely ask you for the same courtesy.

I absolutely support this. We desperately need that pile of junk in front of Freevale!
In TT, one of my favorite Chars is a LE human Vivisectionist 7/ CE Master Chymist 6 atm. One of my Alchemist discoveries is "Tentacle(Ex)" with the grab ability, and i took every grapple feat i could get. Combine this with "Enlarge Person" and "Animal Aspect(Gorilla)", and everyone not specialiced on grappling is fun to get toe-to-toe to, especially casters. Of course, the TT rules would mean perma-cc in PFO, which isn't fun. Although, i hope GW will try and make a fun grapple-mechanic. I don't think this will happen anytime soon, though. Grappling is just OP. ;)

Didn't understand, first. Tried Google, found this. So Miami Heat is a basketball team. LeBron James is a star of this team. Just because i am no fan of the "Heat", doesn't mean i hate their star... got it. Accepted. ;)Word play can be a two sided sword with an international audience, like on these forums... ;)

TBH, you hurt mine. I am sort of offended. My first thought was "oh, Avari calling me a hater because i am with Freevale and not RA". I dismissed this idea, immediately. After hiting F5, i read your quoted post. I do not think such talking helps people outside RA to look at it's members more favourably.
