All of those options sound good. Except the salad. I only eat things that had a mother. :P
Man that is one thing I miss about being married. The food. I mean.. she cooked. She tried so hard. It was awesome.

This was the second article I was looking forward to in this month's Dragon (the first being Rodney's Class Acts) and I have to say I liked them both. :) Thanks gents! Glad you dug on it! I had fun with that piece! Especially the Seven Stratagems part. Cookies to anyone who can tell me what I was referencing there. The Seven Military Classics?

Sounds a bit like Mel Blanc's Twiki from Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. The pain. Make it stop. Yeah, I'm not sure where he got that one, either. I had to youtube a video of Twiki and thought -"is that REALLY what I just described???" I'm old enough to remember and now sadly relive Twiki; that memory was purged, until now!
Is there any acid left ? Anyone remember the gold-colored girl Twiki? Didn't she say "Booty-Booty" the way Twiki said "Twiki-Twiki"?

Which was what I was going to point out. Mr. Logue has a range of different types of adventures, and those up there do not contain excessive amounts of gore. Chimes' is an awesome urban, detective, chase story while Eyes' is a pulpy romp across Eberron.
Seems that only his recent contributions have delved into the gore and horror.

I have yet to contribute to the new GameMastery/Pathfinder regime, and as there is a very limited outlet within Paizo for such I doubt I shall secure the title ever again here. However, I will be probably be (cross your fingers - the manuscript is in Chris' hands) securing the title once again within the DI version of Dungeon. I hope you all like horror. On a side note, I am sorry to say that I got blanked today over in the Best Adventure I Never Wrote Contest they continue to hold over on the WotC/Dungeon Site. I secured 66% of the vote this week (two submissions in the Mid-High level bracket) and still got blanked....
Ah, well. Try, try again. ;)
Matt
Author of (among other things) The Menagerie, Masque of Dreams, and principle scribe of part three of the Seeds of Sehan Arc (in collaboration with Messrs. Happ, Greer, Ganz, and Doyon) Dread Pagoda of the Inscrutable Ones. And would have been author of Garden of Wonders (a huge 22,000+ word high-level Alice in Wonderlandesque adventure, which was accepted by Paizo, and put on the schedule until the they lost their license). le sigh. So you see, I really miss print-Dungeon a lot. ;) You will always be a contributer in my book G Cubed. :)

Don't stop believin'...:)
But really, you have talent don't be afraid to put it out there again.
And congratulations to the top 16. Great job guys and gals!
Can't wait 'till next round.
Good luck and congrats to all of you. It was a challenge to pick just five to vote for. You all had something interesting to offer and look forward to seeing some awesome vilians.

No offense to you personally—we just revisited our contributor tags last week; our new policy is to only apply them to folks who are contributors to our current product lines. Accordingly, I've removed them from people who haven't contributed since the days of Dungeon and Dragon, and I've added them to people who have recently contributed to Pathfinder and the GameMastery Modules.
Please know that I mean no offense here.
I have not contributed anything to Paizo in any way,
I'm just a sometime lurker and sporadic poster on these boards,
but this seems like a petty move on Paizo's part - albeit unintentionally so.
At least give Pete and the others credit as a Dungeon or Dragon contributor.
I can understand that companies change and policies have to change with them, but I only learned of the messageboards (and Paizo in general) from the fine work that was being done in Dungeon Magazine. As a sometime lurker and sporadic poster, I enjoy seeing the credentials of other posters. Especially when I can thumb through past issues and see their work firsthand.
I have come to believe that this is the finest web community out there. These messageboards include a myriad of people from different cultures, lifestyles, political views, and interests. It can be hard to stand out in any crowd. Is it too much to ask that those who have contributed be given their due?
Its a really small thing. I'm sure that the greater impact of removing these "handles" wasn't given much thought. But obviously (as Pete has verified) it does have special meaning to these people - and (as I can attest) it has meaning to the rest of us.
Please give them their due.
Thanks. I second that.

How 'bout them Cowboys!!!!!
Very cool. Good luck in round two!

Rogue Teeth
These rare and coveted items come as a pair in a variety of precious materials ranging from gold and silver to the much sought after ivory. They must be put in place of missing teeth directly above and below each other so that when the owner bites down, they will touch. This often times means the forced removal of at least one tooth to get the proper alignment. When placed in such a manner and used to gently bite an object, said object is removed to an extra dimensional space. This space will hold up to five cubic feet of material with weight not to exceed fifty pounds. Three times per day, items can be placed in or retrieved as a standard action, by exerting pressure on the teeth and concentrating on the desired item. Most commonly held items are; lock picks, daggers, potions, vials of acid etc. These teeth are attributed, by those who know of them, with the seemingly miraculous escapes of some of the most infamous rogues of all time.
Moderate Conjuration; CL 10th; Craft Wondrous Item, secret chest; Price 90,000 gp.

Oi. Yeah, that's been my bane, too.
I crank out fifteen-hundred words, I stare at it for six hours, I sleep. I wake up, I stare at the page, delete half of it, re-write. Now I'm up to two-thousand words. I stare at it for a few hours, I go to bed. I wake up, I delete 95% of it.
At least now I'm under maximum word-count. Unfortunately, my country reads:
"Country Name". "Alignment." "Other."
Sigh. That's about where I am except I have "Government." :)
Joyeux Mona Day... or something. :)

Wow. Goddess of civilization. That's exciting.
For some reason I always hear it (in my head) to the tune of a song from the old Rankin & Bass animated Hobbit feature.
I can't remember the title or the exact words to the original, but it was near the begining when the dwarves were making a mess of the dinner at Bilbo's home.
something like
"Blunt the knives and bend the forks,
smash the bottles burn the corks.
That's what Bilbo Baggins hates,
so carefully, carefully with the plates."
There were several verses, At any rate, the tune seems to go great with the goblin song.
That was when Bilbo first met the dwarves. The Goblin one went like this :
" Fifteen birds
in five fur trees
their feathers were fanned
in a firey breeze
such funny little birds
they have no wings
oh what shall we do
with the funny little things

Happy birthday!!! That sounds really cool :)
For a quick and funny game I suggest Dungeon Runners. It is a free download from the same company tat makes Guild Wars and City of Heroes. You can play for free or pay $5/month to get membership status and have total access. It is fairly new I believe but I enjoy it.
I started playing mmorpgs with UO and loved it for several years until they completely changed it. I then took quite a break until Dark Age of Camelot. Then tried Star Wars Galaxies for a while then took another long break. I tried WoW but I did not enjoy it.
Oh yeah! We used to put as many rubber bands as we could find on those crossbows. Could launch those disks @ about a thousand feet per second :)
Speaking of someone who was hard to kill : Rasputin.
I have not received mine either.
Wow. My birthday brings shocking news. I am looking forward to Pathfinder though.
Long live Paizo!
I am sorry for your loss.

I have not received issue #145. I had read in another thread to wait until 3/19/07 and so I have.
Thank you in advance for your help.
I am completely stunned by the response I received. I just wanted to express my thanks!
Looks like an epidemic. I did not receive my issue either.
I was waiting a while to see but I just received my latest Dungeon and still no Dragon.
