Have Linda send in her Leshy squad to deal with the goblins.

If your classes ability score is reduced below the minimum requirement to cast it off your slots. How does it affect your ability to use Wands and Scrolls?

Silver Crusade 4/5

I'd put my 2016 T1 GenCon boon up for trade but I doubt it'll be enough to sway someone for a Ratfolk boon.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Has anyone else's Through the Maelstrom Rift not been posted yet?

Silver Crusade 4/5

Doing chores to pass up the time until it comes out. :D

The staff uses the highest DC you have for the spell that is increased by said MMF.

Let's say my INT is 16 and I have a Staff of Fire:

Non-MMF Burning Hands: 10 + 1(SPL) + 3 = DC14
vs
Burning Hands w/MFF heightened to a third level that was prepared: 10 + 3 + 3 = DC 16

But Sheila caters sweets and coffee. While Dreng only knows to call people in the middle of the night.

Spoiler:
What if both Kaarim and Saabira go 0 and/or under at the same time? How would that resolve? Initiative?

Silver Crusade

Maybe Abraxas got tired of people using magic and used the final incantation.

Grossly incandescent.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Thanks. I've got the sites all saved to the side.

Silver Crusade 4/5

There's a chance for a change of scenery and would like to know if there are any play areas.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Drandle Dreng always has us do ________ at odd hours of the day.

One time, at Zarta's gatherings. She had ________ do ________ to ________.

Decemvirate selections are actually just ___________ matches.

I ready an action to _________ when ________.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Tempting, it is.

Silver Crusade 4/5

I know of a 4 Con Elf Wizard with only 3 hit points.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Drugs are bad, m'kay.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Woohoo!

Silver Crusade 4/5

Celebrated the new year with drunk We Be Goblins Free.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Finally a reason to make my Dale Gribble character.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Aim for the Stars. If you hit the Moon, that's okay. It probably deserved it.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Rahadoum is a fine example of shunning deities.

Silver Crusade

I don't want to post a rant but I feel like DR becomes pointless since most PC's at this tier will be hitting very hard.

OMGosh, if those Sarah McLachlan commercials were narrated in Fluttershy's voice, I'd either die laughing or go broke donating.

Funny, I used an actual Fluttershy figure on a particular scenario that involved a captive Pegasus.

Things taught by a crazed, cat-hoarding Cloud Giant to a crazed, schizophrenic Gnome:

- A fireball in the form of kittens. (Kittenball)
- A kitten exploding into tiny glitter. (Glitterkitten)

I sometimes wish to reward my PC's with Starbursts for their valiant efforts but I end up eating them before I get there. ):

Silver Crusade 4/5

Just being called "Bob" doesn't cut it anymore.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Who Framed Grandmaster Torch

Silver Crusade 4/5

At one point, I should check ITS's to see if they actually bought X-amount of Diamond Dust.

Otherwise I usually marked it as gold being burnt on the spot.

I've had a situation where our fourth had to go about two to three-fourths into the Module. He was our Healer. It did not end well.

Silver Crusade 4/5

+1 to all your Folio/T-Shirt rolls now.

Silver Crusade

A memorable scenario this one was.

Silver Crusade 4/5

I wrote all those I copied on our chronicle and wrote "copied spells" on my tracking sheet.

Silver Crusade 4/5

I wanted to make my hair continual flame to simulate a glamour but was told no. );

Silver Crusade 4/5

I sense table variation afoot!

My only concern is the component requirement. Even if they're using a wand.

Just say he's Unionized and his True Resurrection is covered.

Rune of Change:
1d6, 1: Dwarf, 2: Elf, 3: Gnome, 4: Halfling, 5: Half-Orc, 6: Human

So I wanted to expand more on the RP that this little gimmick offered and added the four additional races from the current season (Kitsune, Wayang, Nagaji and Tengu) to the table of available races that one could experience. A d6 to a d10. However, I wasn't sure how legal it is for Society even though it says at GM discretion. Since nothing is really breaking mechanics in their favor, making them more susceptible to Bane/Favored Enemy, and making training cost more. Is this okay?

On a side note, I turned a talking horse-companion into a Human.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Hmm, I always thought there was some form of armed-combat where the VL must defeat the VC.

Silver Crusade 4/5

In one of my previous games. We encountered a creature with greater invisibility. No one could remedy the situation and I had to get creative and throw my oil of daylight at an invisible target just to create that outline the glow would make.

Silver Crusade

Make them serve a sentence, if it doesn't kill them, like a few years or so. Then during that sentence, a secret "benefactor" will arrange for their escape.

If you successfully identify a wand, do you automatically know how many charges are in it?
That's how I've always run it, but I'm not sure if there are any specific rules one way or the other.

I would agree to that as well since some wands come with a higher CL and reduced charges. Though you could play it up and give them a description of how much is left.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Probably one of those "we'll answer it all once we're done writing" kind of things.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Dwarf: 1
Gnome: 1
Tengu: 2
Aasimar: 1
Human: 1
GM Baby's: 3

Silver Crusade 4/5

7-11 scenarios can be broken if the right spells and services are prepared/purchased.

"It's how many miles from <location>? We'll just purchase the Eagles (Wind Walk).

Silver Crusade

I hate that I have to roll a 19-20 just to hit tanky pc's that aren't meant to be tanky to begin with. );

Silver Crusade

Dear James Jacobs, if you could modify a spells visual affect. Which would it be? My current favorite was from playing a recent module which included a crazed cat-person. Being an insane gnome myself, he taught me Furryball (Fireball but with exploding cats) and Kitten Glitter (Glitterdust).

Silver Crusade

My markers weep in joy of not having to detail this room.

Silver Crusade 4/5

I've had a player choose not to interact with said item mainly due to his characters beliefs and ideals which I respected.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Not necessarily. For example, one of my team members was plane-shifted to the Plane of Air. Since he couldn't get out on his own. He paid for a recovery and came out fine. However, additional affects will need to be considered that can persist through death. Like polymorphs.

Silver Crusade 4/5

If you have the skill/class ability that allows you to in both in and out of combat situations, then yes.

If you don't have the skill/class ability and there is an opposed roll or a chance of failure, the no.
