Zee dashing fellow in zee painting is Major Sifkali, a Veskarium var hero who distinguished himself on zee battlefield against zee Svarm. But more importantly it vas painted by Aelon Vimariss, a verthani artist zhat became famous for painting Veskarium var heroes.
