Deeds Derring Do - Spend 1 panache point to add 1d6 to an acrobatics, climb, escape artist, fly, swim or ride check, after the check, but before the result is revealed. If the result is a six, repeat the process, up to a number of times equal to his DEX mod.
Dodging Finesse - When an opponent attempts a melee attack against him, he can spend a panache point as an immediate action to move 5 ft, granting him a dodge bonus to AC equal to his CHA mod against the attack. The movement doesn't negate the attack; it resolves as if he had not moved. Movement is not a 5 ft. step, and can provoke opportunity attacks from other opponents than the triggering one. Must not be wearing medium or heavier armor, and carry only a light load.
Underfoot Assault - If a larger foe next to him misses him with a melee attack, as an immediate action, he can spend a panache point to move 5 ft. into the area of the attacker's space. This does not count against the next round's movement or provoke attacks of opportunity. While in the foe's space, he's considered to occupy the square within the space. The foe takes -4 to all attack rolls and combat maneuvers not made against him while he's in their space. All allies adjacent to both the foe and him are considered to be flanking the foe, as does he. He can move within or leave the foe's space without provoking an attack of opportunity, but the foe cannot move to a position where he is no longer in its space without provoking an attack of opportunity from him.

Dimdweller - When concealed or fully concealed by dim light or darkness, +2 to Intimidate, Perception and Stealth checks

History:
Hamon was born in Tykren to a somewhat poor family. For a number of short, happy years, he lived with his parents, but lost them both to disease before he could even be called a young teen. He spent a short time trying to scavenge or steal off the streets, before he was discovered by the renowned human bounty hunter, Elric the Black. Despite being a callous and serious man, Elric was not heartless, and took some pity on the boy, though it was not until he took a moment to watch his movements that he actually intended to act on his empathy. Elric knew natural skill when he saw it, and seeing such potential as Hamon's, he was confident in taking him on as an apprentice. Hamon was taught to fight, and took to combat with shocking eagerness and style, developing his own style of fighting that turned his size disadvantage to his benefit against larger, clumsier foes. Yet, when it came to actually performing the real responsibilities of the job that he was trained for, he managed not much more than humiliation, as where his blade succeeded, his emotions failed him. He was rarely able to follow through on contracts, and Elric eventually kicked him out to fend for himself, tired of his unprofessional attitude. While Hamon still tries to make a living in the line of work he was originally taught for, as it is all he knows, he has a bad (but accurate) reputation as a softie who won't follow through when it matters. Since he is rarely hired, he spends a lot of time in transit between Tykren and Asmerade, looking for work wherever he can get it. It's not really clear where it came from, whether from his quick wit with words, or perhaps some embarrassing childhood event, but he has come to be called "the Greentongue" by those who know about the business of bounty hunting, regardless of his relatively laughable status in it.
Physical Description:
Hamon is a charming-looking halfling with long, blond hair and blue eyes. He wears a long, heavy red coat of studded leather, under which he wears typical clothing of a traveler, and has sheathed a rapier and two daggers, as well as a small buckler. While his equipment in general appears rather flamboyant, it also doesn't appear particularly expensive, to any unnecessary degree.
Personality:
Despite having a fairly unpleasant past, Hamon remains a fairly upbeat person, and doesn't let the world get to him. He has carried his late parents' kindness all his life, always being friendly and trying to resolve situations without conflict. He has a hard time even hurting others when he has to, unless they absolutely, truly deserve it.
He is a simple person and doesn't overthink things, albeit, some manner of proper education might have helped with that. He is used to poverty, so he isn't at all greedy, only taking what he needs, and is happy to have at least that. And though that aspect may make him appear humble, he is still very confident in his skills both in combat and otherwise, to the point that it can sometimes get to his head. He can be prone to quite rash action, at times.
Where others in Tykren may have worshipped Caena as a goddess, the misfortunes of his childhood have long since deprived him of any such faith, as they did nothing while he starved on the street. He is not actively against religion, but he no longer puts stock in it, himself.
