Rule of thumb: estimate how long you think an IT project is going to take, then double it.

First and foremost: Have officially decided on a new name. Hi! \o/

Secondly: Spoke with my PP consult on Weds. We're switching to injections instead of patches after I finish this box. My progress is a little on the slow side but not enough to be concerning, and the injections will be slightly higher dosage.

Injections do a better job of being metabolized into the body. A++.

My theme for the year is going to be getting healthier.

I don't know yet what that's going to mean. I do need to exercise and alter my eating habits or even meditate to work on my mental health. I also have a lot of unrelated health issues and I'm going to see if I find ways to work on those to see if I can manage them better.

Themes give a lot more wiggle room than resolutions and allow for evolving needs.

March 31st is Transgender Visibility Day. I'm posting this about a month out because it always surprises people when they're trying to stealth, midnight strikes, and they're suddenly visible.

It really depends on the group. Some can be catty and others can be good and supportive. The only way to find out is to dip your toe in the water and test it.

I was approached by the Pride organization for my community to join them and help out. I don't know yet what that would require, but I have been thinking more and more that I want to be an advocate for the LGBTQ community with a focus on transgender people.

All my paperwork is in so I can get the consult for bottom surgery! There are about 150 people in front of me and he only does consults on Fridays. He's a professor of urology and does these surgeries. It's estimated that I can get an appointment for August. I'm excited!

Congrats! I turned in my second letter this week and am just waiting on insurance and a surgery date.

Okay, I setup a little discord server. This invite is for 7 days. We can either host it there or create another server for the end result. But, it will give anyone interested a place to at least discuss everything.

The first thing you need is a name. Then you'll know what kind of discord server you've got.

They have an incredible year ahead of them, too - delivering Apocalypse Keys, crowdfunding Girl by Moonlight, and a whole bunch of other stuff - and are well worth a look for non-d20 gaming.

Also, a name from the list that took me off-guard was Nord Games. I keep forgetting that they made game content. I worked for them for a while in one of their brick and mortar stores in a dying mall. That job helped me out when I was in a rough patch. Too bad the store had to close and not just move elsewhere in town.

Yeah, I've noticed that for some reason 2020-21 seemed to be big egg-breaking years for a lot of folks, myself included. I'd say I'm not sure why, but I have at least a couple theories :p

I had a paladin of Arshea back in 2013. I had an angelic bloodline bloodrager who followed Arshea around the same time. I was an ostrich-sized egg.

Haha, that's always a delight. It's funny how many Paizonians here turned out to be huge eggs. Not that I'd know anything about that.

Of course not. You're definitely not a recognizable personality on the boards that would have stood out for having a slightly different name and made me click.

It's been a few years, but I was popping back in to see the OGL gossip and noticed some almost familiar names in the forum threads. I clicked on the similar name and it was the person I was thinking about and it appears they came out as trans a couple years ago.

I came out as trans this year (although, I'm pretty sure my profile on here would prove me otherwise). I just love how queer the RPG community is and it felt nice to know that I wasn't alone.

Anyway, thank you all for all of my egg years and I hope to see you all again if I delve back into PbP PFS/SFS.
