Grumble grog smells of stale alcohol and sweat, he tends to refer to himself in the third person. His teeth are a mess, broken, and rotting out of his face, if it weren't for his natural dwarven toughness he'd have died of blood poisoning long ago. His breath smells of stale ale and rotten food.
