That being said, the choice is yours, and your health definitely comes first, so if you think staying in the game is detrimental to your health or will continue to affect your ability to keep up, I'll be sad to see you go but happy that you're taking care.

it's been a rough couple weeks to be sure. i still feel like i'm in a bit of a fog at times... but i am definitely more functional than i was. there was a span of about 4 days in there that i had a temp of 102~103 pretty much the whole time. on top of not being able to breath properly, or stand for that matter. it all became one big blur. i do not recommend it.

The game will likely last 6-8 weeks, so start the game raring to go, rather than starting the game burned out already.

That's about what i was expecting, the 6-8 week thing.

as for burn out, nah, i'm good there. it's just this heat wave that has come through. the temp is high, but the humidity... it's sapping the life out of me. looks like things will drop down and be cooler after saturday, so i am very much looking forward to that >.>

He starts to head towards a nearby tavern then stops and blushes a bit. "Oh, sorry bout that. I'm Gnestor by the way. With a bit of luck, we won't need most of my talents, but I expect the invite wasn't just for my good looks." Chuckling, he resumes his walk.

Sorry, it’s been crazy hot here. By the time I get off work I’ve been pretty drained these past few days. I’ll get the requested updates loaded this evening some time. :)

Aye, my only pbp experiences at that point had been for an AP, so when I set up for the scoured stars I just used that same methodology and built it as an alias. Looking back, I see how silly it was, but it all worked out :)

Depending on your browser, check out an extension called Paizo Campaign Tools. It's a free extension that I use for Chrome. Once you post from a character/alias in a certain Paizo forum, it will default to that character for all your posts within the forum. It's awesome -- especially if you have a few Paizo PbP games going at the same time. It defaults to the correct character for each game.

Interesting. i do posted from my laptop on chrome, my phone does not have that... but every little bit helps :)
