Reactionary (combat)-A dragon who isn't always aware will become a dead dragon!
Effect: +2 on Initiative
Draconic Infusion (magic)-Gaxi's power came when Dahak himself flew over Icerime Peaks, and a bit of his spittle landed on Gaxi's egg!
Effect: Choose the acid, cold, electricity, or fire spell descriptor when you take this trait (fire). Once per day for every 2 caster levels you have (minimum once per day), when you cast a spell that has your chosen elemental descriptor, you can deal an additional 1d4 points of damage of that energy type to one target of that spell.

Backstory:
In the caverns underneath the mountains of Icerime Peaks, there lived a brute of a human, a white dragon disciple named Klex the Everfrost, who led with gutso an entire colony of white scaled kobolds. The kobolds worshipped the ice and snow, and believed Klex to be the chosen warrior of ice. All were raised to worship Klex and his dominion over the powers of the icy mountains, and all accepted their roles as mere minions to the disciple.

Except for one hatchling. Who hatched with scales the color of rubies. And who, from birth, could spit fire.

Such a blasphemous thing couldn't stand! The ice kobolds demanded Klex kill the little thing before he caused any trouble. But Klex saw potential-after all, adventurers preparing to fight a master of ice will be blindsided by a mage of fire, right? So, Klex took the hatchling in, named him Gaxi (a name meaning "odd"), and taught the hatchling all he knew.

But Gaxi was a bold kobold, and it didn't take long for Klex to realize he got in over his head. The kobold would take off to spar with creatures larger, who only fled from the surprise of an Icerime kobold spewing fire, and creatures of the ice happening to hate fire. Gaxi ran his entire battle strategy on instinct rather than thought-which surprised everyone considering many of the things Gaxi got away with would've killed any other Icerime kobold. And of course, it all got to Gaxi's head-while showing off, he accidentally burned part of Klex's face. Gaxi was lucky to have escaped unharmed.

Life alone would have been a death sentence for any other Icerime kobold, but Gaxi was different-his fire could chase away predators, cause distractions on humans, and burn any who didn't run off. Gaxi ended up moving further south from Brevoy, until he entered the Stolen Lands. He would have settled here, had he not spotted a paper flying by. All he could make out was some sort of gathering happening...and having nothing better to do, skittered towards the place. Hopefully to sneak in and figure out what's going on. And maybe impress someone with the talents of Gaxi the Everburn!
