About Galayen
Galayen hailed from outside the city growing up as part of an Undine culture which militarised its younger members when they showed any hints of mystical potential. Ensnared from a young age as a kineticist of blood Galayen was taught to be dispassionate, that any act is not innately good or evil and that is purely a perspective that society thrives on which drives such thinking.
Before too long he escaped his Tribe and journeyed until he reached the city. There he heard about new opportunities and fortunes and decided he could put his powers, as yet truly untested, to the test working and making his way in the world. Using his abilities he has scraped by but is always on the lookout for new opportunities to reach higher heights.
Though he has not been in the city for long he has become known as a merc for hire who cleans problems that most would consider too morally grey to touch.
He has since come into regular contact with Karva and does jobs for her in return for amenities and rewards as she sees fit.
Particularly of use is the rumour he asked her to spread that Kineticist's can only use their powers if there is a source of raw element for their power to work present.
