I was wondering what people see as the best magic items for cavaliers beyond the usual belts, weapons and armor

I have a druid/ monk and was wondering if I activate my style feat before I wild shape will I still get the style feat benefit, such as Dragon style being able to charge through difficult terrain and allies.

I wanted to verify that the damage my cavalier will do on the charge is. He will be using spirited charge with a lance and power attackm is starting damage is 1d6+10 so in this case would his damage be 3d6+30?

Does spirited charge and lance stack on a charge? So the damage would be 3d6(small) from the lance on the charge then tripled by spirited charge.
