For some reason, the dropdown will not work for me to change my profile to Sir Adrian for purposes of posting. Is anyone else having issues?

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

The very large, well-armed and well-built, handsome man dismounted outside the large two story Stonehill Inn.

Well, this appears like the best establishment in thus burgh. Sure could use my retainers, or at least a squire.

Stableboy, here, for your troubles.

Sir Adrian flipped a copper to the boy as he unsheathed his Greatsword from his mount, Smoke, and re-sheathed the sword on his back. After adjusting the gauntlet representing Torm, his deity, he said a brief prayer under his breath and walk purposefully through the front of the Inn and up to the bar.

There was always good works to be done in these out of the way places. He nods to the wood-elf, and hears the Tiefling woman ask about good causes for a Knight's sword.

He moves towards the woman, as he speaks to the barkeep.

I will have what the lady is having. Sir Adrian Fullbright, at your service, my lady.I too search f Ok...I r any good works for this Knight's Sword. To what order do you belong, my lady?

He pats the hilt of the Greatsword sticking up over his left shoulder.

Outstanding...gonna be fun!

I will submit an Elven Ranger or Human Paladin for consideration.

Application forthcoming...thanks!

@Critzible: looks like you may have nearly enough to kick things off. Are you planning on running a homebrew, or one of the many 5E options out there?

Yep, what's up guys? Seems like the usual suspects!

I am definitely interested, and I can have a character ready fairly quickly. I have loads of experience, playing tabletop, PbP, and 5E!

4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 5, 5) = 21 = 16
4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 2, 4) = 11 = 10
4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 1, 6) = 12 = 11
4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 2, 1) = 11 = 10
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 6, 2) = 16 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 6, 2) = 14 = 12
4d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 4, 4) = 16 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 1, 1) = 10 = 9

So, 16, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 before bonuses.

Damn... sorry I missed out on this one. I would love to join if an opening occurs.

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

Whoo Hoo...glad to see both Decimus and Vrog!

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 1, 6) = 16 = 15
Reroll: 1d6 ⇒ 1
4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 6, 6) = 21 = 17
Reroll: 1d6 ⇒ 5
4d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 2, 5) = 13 = 11
4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 4, 1) = 10 = 10
4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 2, 2) = 9 = 9
Reroll: 1d6 ⇒ 1
Reroll2: 1d6 ⇒ 3
4d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 6, 2) = 12 = 12
Reroll: 1d6 ⇒ 3

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

Dot

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

Great! I will dot in the gameplay, then generate a PC, early tomorrow. Thanks!

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

GM Faelyn: it is Carric from the other game. I would be interested in adding a Rogue with a Swashbuckler build to this group. What level is the group currently at, and how would you prefer I generate stats?

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

Sounds good. I will go 16, 15, 11, 10, 10, 10 before racial bonuses. I am thinking Fighter. I have not run one in awhile, and it will be fun! Either Half-Orc, or Dwarf.

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 2, 6) = 17 = 15
4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 2, 2) = 13 = 11
4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 3, 4) = 12 = 10
4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 1, 5) = 10 = 9
4d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 6, 3) = 19 = 16
4d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 5, 2) = 9 = 8

Not bad, not good...Can I use 27 point buy as an alternative?

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

Dot...dot

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

Good idea! I am torn between rogue or monk for this one. Do you have any build restrictions?

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

White Plume Roll: 1d20 ⇒ 13

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

So, is the White Plume 7th level to start?

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

Thanks!

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

So, I assume 1st level for the AL. I will prepare a thuggish, strength-based human rogue. Wr can use PHB +1 for the build, right?

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

I will likely stick with Rogue Swashbuckler, even if I need to remake Vic.

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

Depending on the scenario, AL or module at a certain level, I will build accordingly.

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

I am checking in!

Absolutely...submitting in recruitment thread.

Right. I will have the Half-Orc Barbarian worked up soon.

Me too...

4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 5, 1) = 12 = 11
4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 6, 3) = 20 = 17
4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 1, 1) = 7 = 6
4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 5, 5) = 14 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 1, 3) = 10 = 9
4d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 5, 6) = 17 = 14

re-roll 6: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 5, 5) = 15 = 13

I will stay with the 9, but I re-rolled the 6 based on previous posts.

I am thinking Barbarian!

Do Half-Orcs exist in your homebrew?

I am interested and will make a PC for submission if 5E is the chosen system.

Thanks, I should have a character created over the next couple of days.

I am definitely interested. Cole Hillman is one of my characters in the Crypt of the Everflame that I play with your PC, Adelenna Dusksong. Therefore, I imagine that you are familiar with my posting frequency and playing style.

4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 2, 2) = 11 = 9
4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 6, 4) = 15 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 2, 5) = 14 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 6, 5) = 18 = 15
4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 2, 5) = 16 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 2, 2) = 12 = 10

4d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 5, 3) = 17 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 6, 5) = 15 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 3, 2) = 13 = 11
4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 6, 2) = 19 = 17
4d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 1, 5) = 12 = 11
4d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 6, 6) = 16 = 15

4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 5, 6) = 20 = 17
4d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 3, 1) = 10 = 9
4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 4, 2) = 9 = 7
4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 4, 1) = 10 = 9
4d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 5, 6) = 18 = 16
4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 4, 1) = 12 = 11

I will be using the second (middle array). I am thinking of a rogue of some sort. I assume that the new Xathander's Guide to Everything cannot be used based on your reference to only the core books.

I will be posting a character asap...

Ok, then, thank you.

Thanks, I will look for you running some 5e on here as well. Definitely a simplistic but very effective and fun edition that harkens back to 2nd edition days when I got my start. It dovetails very nicely with Greyhawk.

Like I said, I will gladly submit as a player if this is run with 5E rules.

Sorry, I think I just realized this is not 5th Edition, right? If not, I respectfully withdraw Carric's submission.

Nope, couldn't do it!

4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 2, 5) = 12
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 1, 4) = 15
4d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 1, 4) = 12
4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 1, 6) = 17
4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 6, 3) = 14
4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 4, 1) = 10

That will not get it done...going with 25 point buy.

5th Edition, and you can count me in!

Sorry, I took a look at Critical Role, snd I will not be participating in this one. Best of luck to you guys.

Thanks...still interested...I will watch some episodes and see what I can come up with.

I am certainly interested...what is Critical Role? I have multiple 5e characters in the can, and I am a regular 5e player on these boards and in my RL gaming group.

Yep...interested...

Hey all...going melee here. Rogue Swashbuckler or straight Dwarven or Human Ranger (UA) rebuild. If Spaz goes Rogue, Arcane Trickster, then I will go with the Ranger.

1. I like the use of maps.

2. "All's fair in love and war."

3. Majority rules, sounds good to me. However, with this group, there is usually very infrequent waiting around for someone to post.

Hey, BD...I see Daniel here too!

GM Fanguar: Are UA or Sword Coast class builds ok, like updated Ranger, Mystic, or Swahbuckler archetype for the rogue, or are we staying with PHB, only?

Male Elf Rogue Swashbuckler/4; HP: 27/27; AC:20; T: 16; FF: 15; F: 1/R: 8/W: 1; CMD: 20; Init: 6; Perc: 7; Sense Motive: 0

Excellent initial information. Roll them bones!

Rolls:
4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 4, 3) = 17=14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 4, 5) = 15=14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 4, 4) = 14=13
4d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 2, 4) = 15=13
4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 1, 3) = 15=14
4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 6, 1) = 12=11

Try again...

4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 4, 6) = 19=16
4d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 6, 6) = 20=16
4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 6, 4) = 17=14
4d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 6, 3) = 15=14
4d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 2, 3) = 12=10
4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 3, 3) = 13=10

Nothing over the top, but well-rounded...what should I be...

Please consider me as well. I have also been playing in several current 5E games on these boards and in my tabletop weekly game. I have been playing D&D since the early 80's. Many of those who have expressed an interest are involved in games with me now. I can post at least once per day, and usually more. I look forward to this homebrew opportunity, and thanks for the consideration.

Rolen fires an arrow at yje robed man, ignoring the covet he seeks from his human shields, just like an enemy would hide in the woods between the cover of dense foliage.

LB Att: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
LB Att Adv: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
LB Dam: 1d8 + 4 + 3d6 ⇒ (5) + 4 + (4, 1, 5) = 19

I will put a character together. I have a great deal of 5e experience as PbP and in RL tabletop.
