About Fezont BrichtonBackground and Appearance:
1. How did your parents die? ”Well my uncle Screwtape showed up a few weeks ago. He comes to visit me every now and then, but Mommy and Daddy can never see him. Or they say that, anyway. I think they were lying. Normally Uncle Screwtape and me have lots of fun together, but this time he showed up all frowny faced.” Fezont screws up his face in confusion. ”I didn’t understand a lot of what he was saying, but he made me sign a piece of paper. And then I had all these cool powers!” His face darkens. ”Mommy and Daddy didn’t like that. They locked me in my room! They were gonna send me away! I got so thirsty while I was in there… I think they were trying to kill me!” The young gnome starts crying. Through his tears, he says, ”Then Uncle Screwtape came back. He showed me how I could make Mommy and Daddy feel the same way. I just wanted to teach them a lesson. I didn’t think…..“ He trails off, whimpering. 2. What is your greatest fear? Fezont goes quiet and his eyes dart around the room before speaking in a whisper. ”I’m afraid of Uncle Screwtape. He used to be so nice and fun. But now…” He shudders violently. ”I don’t… I don’t wanna talk about this anymore.” 3. What is your greatest wish? I ask merely so that I can ensure that it doesn't accidentally get granted during the game. ”I just… I just wanna see my parents again. Tell them I’m sorry.” 4. Who is your least favorite scholar and why is it Professor Togren? ”I had hoped Professor Togren wouldn’t believe me about Uncle Screwtape. I hoped he’d tell me none of it happened. But when I told him what happened with him and my parents…”Fezont sniffles and gets quiet. ”He just… smiled. He seemed excited. He wouldn’t tell me why.” _________________________ Fezont is tiny, even for a gnome, standing at barely three feet tall. He has neon green hair that looks like it hasn't been washed in months (it hasn't) and red eyes that look almost unnatural (they are). His clothes are as grubby as his face, made of material that's thick enough to where he can almost imagine what real clothes are like. He has a perpetual frown, and whenever someone is talking to him he always seems to be staring at something terrible behind them. Ability Scores and Stats:

FEATS:
Eschew Materials- You can cast any spell with a material component costing 1 gp or less without needing that component. The casting of the spell still provokes attacks of opportunity as normal. If the spell requires a material component that costs more than 1 gp, you must have the material component on hand to cast the spell, as normal. Arcane Strike- As a swift action, you can imbue your weapons with a fraction of your power. For 1 round, your weapons deal +1 damage and are treated as magic for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. For every five caster levels you possess, this bonus increases by +1, to a maximum of +5 at 20th level.
TRAITS:
Naturally Gifted- Gain an additional use of a gnome magic spell-like ability per day. Special Abilities:
RACIAL TRAITS: __________________________ Defensive Training: Gnomes gain a +4 dodge bonus to AC against monsters of the giant subtype. Illusion Resistance: Gnomes gain a +2 racial saving throw bonus against illusion spells and effects. Keen Senses: Gnomes receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks Obsessive: Gnomes receive a +2 racial bonus on a Craft or Profession skill of their choice. Chose Craft (Crossbow Bolts) Gnome Magic: Gnomes add +1 to the DC of any saving throws against illusion spells that they cast. Gnomes with Charisma scores of 11 or higher also gain the following spell-like abilities: 1/day—dancing lights, ghost sound, prestidigitation, and speak with animals. Can cast 2 times per day thans to Naturally Gifted trait. The caster level for these effects is equal to the gnome's level. The DC for these spells is equal to 10 + the spell's level + the gnome's Charisma modifier. Hatred: Gnomes receive a +1 bonus on attack rolls against humanoid creatures of the reptilian and goblinoid subtypes because of their special training against these hated foes.
Low-Light Vision: Gnomes can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light. ______________________________
Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast a spell that kills one or more living creatures with an Intelligence score of 3 or higher, the caster level of any spell you cast in the next round increases by +1 for each creature your first spell killed. This ability does not stack with other effects that increase your effective caster level, and you cannot gain a bonus greater than 1/2 your Charisma modifier (minimum 1). The second spell you cast must be of an equal or lower level than the first one. * Wasting Ray: At 1st level, as a standard action, you can impose either starvation or thirst upon a living creature you can see within 30 feet. This requires the creature to make a Constitution check each round (DC 10 + 1 for each previous check) to avoid taking 1d6 points of nonlethal damage. The creature must continue to make these checks until, as a full-round action, it quenches its thirst or sates its hunger (see starvation and thirst). You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier, but can only apply it once every 24 hours to any given creature. Creatures that do not need to eat are immune to this effect. Spells:
