I was wondering if there any magic items that boost your effective caster level? And any other must have Magic items for spellcasters i am playing a Sorceress with the fire elemental bloodline

So i am looking for suggestions for a pretty consistent spell list for a melee based cleric. with access to 5th level spells but also for suggestions beyond. i thought there was a spell that gave you the base attack bonus of a fighter but i cant find it any where. i could be wrong but any advice would be great

I have never really played a cleric before and i am looking for some good spells and or magic items to help combat outsiders. Demons,Devils,Fey any outsiders really
